【摘要】：雙邊市場運作模式是科技公共服務(wù)平臺未來發(fā)展的方向。科技服務(wù)需求方的接入對科技公共服務(wù)平臺運行有重要影響。結(jié)合不同水平效用平臺和科技服務(wù)需求方的理性策略行為,構(gòu)建雙方交往的支付矩陣,并通過演化博弈識別機會成本、總需求量、接入費用等相關(guān)因素對演化行為選擇的影響。
[Abstract]:Two-way market operation mode is the future development direction of science and technology public service platform. Access to the demand side of scientific and technological services has an important impact on the operation of the scientific and technological public service platform. Combined with the rational strategic behavior of different level utility platform and the demand side of science and technology service, this paper constructs the payment matrix of the interaction between the two sides, and identifies the influence of the related factors such as opportunity cost, total demand and access cost on the choice of evolutionary behavior through evolutionary game.
