【摘要】：現(xiàn)代科技發(fā)展日新月異，全球經(jīng)濟也在加速向更加緊密的一體化方向邁進，，全球各經(jīng)濟體以及企業(yè)之間的競爭隨之更加激烈，但它們面臨挑戰(zhàn)的同時，也存在著進一步發(fā)展的機遇。為此，它們應(yīng)該發(fā)揮各自的優(yōu)勢，找補自己的短板。現(xiàn)代物流的發(fā)展水平己經(jīng)成為衡量一個國家或地區(qū)綜合競爭力的重要標(biāo)志。2009年國務(wù)院常務(wù)會議審議并原則通過物流業(yè)作為我國十大產(chǎn)業(yè)振興規(guī)劃之一。安徽省“861”行動計劃中，明確提出加快交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)、著力打造現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)，因此合理地選擇正確方法對影響物流業(yè)發(fā)展的競爭優(yōu)勢因素進行客觀的分析與評價，選擇符合各地區(qū)實際的現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展模式，對于促進安徽現(xiàn)代物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、實現(xiàn)安徽崛起有著重要的意義。 本文首先對國內(nèi)外物流業(yè)發(fā)展研究現(xiàn)狀進行了歸納總結(jié)，分析了區(qū)域物流發(fā)展的主要模式，其次分析了安徽物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及選擇評價方法分析，隨后重點運用聚類分析構(gòu)建安徽現(xiàn)代物流競爭優(yōu)勢因素指標(biāo)體系以及判斷矩陣，借助matlab、spss等軟件，運用熵權(quán)法和層次分析法相結(jié)合的方法，對影響安徽現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢影響因素進行了評價分析，通過安徽物流發(fā)展的競爭優(yōu)勢因素評價結(jié)果分析以及安徽物流發(fā)展模式選擇分析，提出適合安徽各地市的主要發(fā)展模式。 依據(jù)上述的分析研究，結(jié)合安徽省具體實際，提出全省物流發(fā)展規(guī)劃“一盤棋”，打造合肥物流圈，把合肥建成全國流通領(lǐng)域現(xiàn)代物流示范城市，建設(shè)皖江外向型現(xiàn)代物流產(chǎn)業(yè)帶，建設(shè)沿淮城市物流圈；突出地方特色，建設(shè)六大特色物流中心；最后從加強組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、政策支持，加大物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)投入，加快物流人才培養(yǎng)和引進等方面提出了保障性政策措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the global economy is also accelerating towards closer integration, and the competition among the global economies and enterprises has become more intense, but at the same time they are facing challenges. There are also opportunities for further development. To this end, they should give play to their respective advantages, to find a way to make up for their own shortcomings. The development level of modern logistics has become an important symbol to measure the comprehensive competitiveness of a country or region. In 2009, the State Council executive meeting deliberated and adopted the logistics industry as one of the ten major industrial revitalization plans in China. In the "861" Action Plan of Anhui Province, it is clearly proposed to speed up the construction of transportation network and focus on building a modern logistics industry. Therefore, it is reasonable to choose the right method to objectively analyze and evaluate the competitive advantage factors that affect the development of logistics industry. It is of great significance for Anhui to promote the development of modern logistics industry and realize the rise of Anhui by choosing the development mode of modern logistics which accords with the actual situation of each region. Firstly, this paper summarizes the current situation of logistics development at home and abroad, analyzes the main modes of regional logistics development, and then analyzes the current situation of Anhui logistics development and the selection of evaluation methods. Secondly, cluster analysis is used to construct the index system and judgment matrix of modern logistics competitive advantage factors in Anhui Province. With the help of software such as matlab,spss, the method of combining entropy method with analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used. This paper evaluates and analyzes the factors influencing the development of modern logistics in Anhui province. Through the analysis of the competitive advantage factors of logistics development in Anhui province and the selection of logistics development mode in Anhui province, this paper analyzes the competitive advantage factors of logistics development in Anhui province. Put forward the main development mode suitable for Anhui prefectures and cities. According to the above-mentioned analysis and research, combined with the actual situation in Anhui Province, the logistics development plan of the whole province is put forward as "a game of chess" to create the Hefei logistics circle and to build Hefei into a modern logistics demonstration city in the field of circulation throughout the country. Construct the export-oriented modern logistics industry belt along the Anhui River and build the logistics circle along the Huaihe River; Finally, the paper puts forward the guarantee policies and measures from the aspects of strengthening the organization and leadership, supporting the policy, increasing the investment in the construction of logistics infrastructure, speeding up the training and introduction of logistics talents, and so on.
