水泥企業(yè)的散裝水泥車輛優(yōu)化配置問題研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, the group of cement enterprises and the state encourage the use of bulk cement, the demand for bulk cement transportation is increasing. However, due to the large investment in fixed assets and seasonal fluctuation of transportation demand in bulk cement transportation, cement enterprises are faced with problems such as high transportation cost and low service level of bulk cement. Based on this background, the purpose of this paper is to reduce the transportation cost, make reasonable use of the vehicle resources and guarantee the service level from the angle of cement enterprises. This paper focuses on the optimal configuration of bulk cement vehicles in cement enterprises. Firstly, from the policy environment of bulk cement logistics development, The present situation of bulk cement vehicle configuration is analyzed in three aspects: the characteristics of distribution vehicles and the common vehicle configuration methods. On this basis, the "self-made / purchased" decision-making analysis matrix is used. This paper analyzes the formation and advantages of the mixed vehicle configuration of "self-owned vehicles" in cement enterprises. Secondly, according to the characteristics of bulk cement transportation and the actual situation of vehicle optimal allocation, the three main influencing factors, including bulk cement transportation demand, are analyzed. The market conditions and operating costs of both self-owned and self-employed vehicles affect the optimal allocation of bulk cement vehicles together. Finally, based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the optimal allocation of bulk cement vehicles, the optimal allocation models of bulk cement vehicles with the minimum total transportation cost under non-contractual constraints and strategic cooperation agreements are established respectively. Finally, the model is verified and analyzed by the actual case of "optimal configuration of bulk cement vehicles for JD cement", which provides guidance for the optimal configuration of bulk cement vehicles in cement enterprises.
