【摘要】：物流業(yè)在調(diào)整經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、拉動(dòng)生產(chǎn)、促進(jìn)消費(fèi),吸納就業(yè)等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。蘭州作為西北第二大城市,是我國東中部地區(qū)聯(lián)系西部地區(qū)的橋梁和紐帶,而秦王川作為國務(wù)院批復(fù)的第五個(gè)國家級(jí)新區(qū),從長遠(yuǎn)角度看,建設(shè)物流園區(qū)有利于整合物流資源,降低物流成本,并便于開展全體化物流服務(wù),能促進(jìn)不同功能的物流企業(yè)相互合作、形成規(guī)�；⒏咚降奈锪餍袠I(yè)。本文以物流信息化發(fā)展為主線,以秦王川現(xiàn)代物流園區(qū)信息化建設(shè)為切入點(diǎn),分析物流信息化建設(shè)對(duì)秦王川現(xiàn)代物流園區(qū)建設(shè)的重要意義。 本文選題的依據(jù)在于,雖然我國物流信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)在最近幾年有了長足的發(fā)展,但還是無法彌補(bǔ)我國物流中心物流信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)落后的現(xiàn)狀。本文以蘭州新區(qū)秦王川物流園區(qū)作為研究對(duì)象,經(jīng)過多階段的研究調(diào)查,包括前期的調(diào)研,查閱分析文獻(xiàn)等,對(duì)研究對(duì)象的信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)提出了新的方案。通過對(duì)秦王川物流園區(qū)建設(shè)情況的分析,提出了秦王川物流園區(qū)信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的目標(biāo)及原則,以物流園區(qū)信息系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃的理論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,設(shè)計(jì)出秦王川物流園區(qū)信息系統(tǒng),并闡述了信息平臺(tái)的作用,根據(jù)信息平臺(tái)不同層次的使用將對(duì)象進(jìn)行分類,對(duì)不同的用戶進(jìn)行深入的了解,提出相對(duì)應(yīng)的需求分析,并以此搭建平臺(tái)的總體功能,從總體功能的角度出發(fā),設(shè)計(jì)出了秦王川物流園區(qū)公共信息平臺(tái)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)框架,詳細(xì)闡述了公共信息平臺(tái)的輸入內(nèi)容和輸出內(nèi)容。在邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)方面,使用邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)圖詳細(xì)描述信息平臺(tái)的各個(gè)功能的邏輯結(jié)構(gòu),指出了搭建此信息平臺(tái)的主要技術(shù)和關(guān)鍵方法,并使用拓?fù)鋱D對(duì)信息平臺(tái)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表示。 本文在闡述理論的同時(shí),結(jié)合了實(shí)踐,并據(jù)此得到了較有建設(shè)意義的結(jié)果。在設(shè)計(jì)、建設(shè)秦王川物流園區(qū)信息系統(tǒng)方面具有很強(qiáng)的使用性和實(shí)用性,對(duì)園區(qū)的管理者在管理園區(qū)的過程中提供了很好的建議,具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Logistics industry plays an important role in adjusting economic structure, stimulating production, promoting consumption and absorbing employment. As the second largest city in northwest China, Lanzhou is the bridge and link between the eastern and central regions of China and the western region. As the fifth state-level new area approved by the State Council, the construction of a logistics park is conducive to the integration of logistics resources in the long run. To reduce logistics cost and facilitate the development of mass logistics services can promote the cooperation of logistics enterprises with different functions and form a large-scale and high-level logistics industry. Taking the development of logistics informatization as the main line and the modern logistics park information construction of Qinwangchuan as the breakthrough point, this paper analyzes the significance of the construction of logistics informatization to the construction of modern logistics park in Qinwangchuan. The basis of this thesis is that although the construction of logistics information system in our country has made great progress in recent years, it can not make up for the backward situation of logistics information system construction of logistics center in our country. This paper takes Qinwangchuan Logistics Park of Lanzhou New District as the research object, and puts forward a new plan for the construction of information system of the research object through multi-stage investigation, including previous investigation, consulting and analyzing literature. Based on the analysis of the construction of Qinwangchuan Logistics Park, this paper puts forward the objectives and principles of the construction of the information system of Qinwangchuan Logistics Park, which is based on the theory of information system planning of the logistics park and combines the actual situation. The information system of Qinwangchuan Logistics Park is designed, and the function of the information platform is expounded. According to the use of different levels of the information platform, the objects are classified, the different users are deeply understood, and the corresponding requirement analysis is put forward. Based on the overall function of the platform, the overall structure of the public information platform in Qinwangchuan Logistics Park is designed, and the input and output contents of the public information platform are elaborated in detail. In the aspect of logic structure, the logical structure of each function of the information platform is described in detail, the main technology and key methods of building the information platform are pointed out, and the network structure of the information platform is represented by topology diagram. In this paper, the author expounds the theory, combines the practice, and obtains some constructive results. The design and construction of Qinwangchuan logistics park information system has strong usability and practicability, which provides good suggestions to the management of the park, and has certain reference value.
