【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化不是一個(gè)人為造城的過程,而是在市場(chǎng)機(jī)制的作用下,通過發(fā)展非農(nóng)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚人口、資本等各種生產(chǎn)要素,逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)城市規(guī)模擴(kuò)大和城市人口增加的過程。產(chǎn)業(yè)支撐是新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的重要依托和內(nèi)在動(dòng)力,產(chǎn)城融合發(fā)展面臨著觀念制約、體制制約、環(huán)境制約和產(chǎn)業(yè)制約。產(chǎn)業(yè)支撐視角下新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)需要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新思路,完善制度體系,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),推動(dòng)產(chǎn)城融合,促進(jìn)三產(chǎn)融合,推進(jìn)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is not a man-made process of building a city, but a process of expanding urban scale and increasing urban population through the development of various factors of production, such as population agglomeration, capital and so on, under the action of market mechanism. Industry support is the important support and internal motive force of the new urbanization construction. The integration and development of production and city is faced with concept restriction, system restriction, environment restriction and industry restriction. From the perspective of industry support, the construction of new urbanization needs to innovate, perfect the system, optimize the industrial structure, promote the integration of industry and city, promote the integration of three industries and promote the development of service industry.
