DC公司倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)的布局與仿真研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)物流行業(yè)整體呈現(xiàn)出快速發(fā)展的模式,但是隨著市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日趨激烈,物流行業(yè)也面臨著很大的危機(jī),倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié)作為物流活動(dòng)的核心部分,其經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況的優(yōu)劣將影響到整個(gè)物流系統(tǒng)的效率與效益。在倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)中科學(xué)合理的設(shè)施規(guī)劃能夠充分將人力、物力、設(shè)備和資源進(jìn)行整合,簡(jiǎn)化物流流程,提高物流效率。物流仿真主要是借助計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)對(duì)物流系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行真實(shí)的模仿,通過(guò)仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)得到各種動(dòng)態(tài)活動(dòng)及過(guò)程瞬間仿效記錄進(jìn)而驗(yàn)證物流工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的有效性、合理性和優(yōu)化效果。本文主要以DC公司玉米倉(cāng)庫(kù)為背景,應(yīng)用SLP(系統(tǒng)化設(shè)施布置)對(duì)其作業(yè)單位進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理的布置,并應(yīng)用Flexsim軟件對(duì)其系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行仿真研究,找出倉(cāng)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)在運(yùn)行時(shí)出現(xiàn)的“瓶頸”,進(jìn)而對(duì)整個(gè)物流系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行改善。 本文首先介紹了倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理與物流系統(tǒng)仿真在國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,其次對(duì)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)的功能和倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理原則做了介紹,并且針對(duì)DC公司玉米倉(cāng)庫(kù)的性質(zhì)做了描述,為后面的優(yōu)化奠定了基礎(chǔ)。然后分析了物流系統(tǒng)仿真,特別是離散事件系統(tǒng)仿真的組成,接著對(duì)Flexsim軟件的產(chǎn)生、功能與特點(diǎn)、術(shù)語(yǔ)以及基本的建模步驟做了詳細(xì)的介紹。 本文主要是以DC公司的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,發(fā)現(xiàn)其在管理、布局和設(shè)施配備方面存在問(wèn)題,運(yùn)用工業(yè)工程理論對(duì)其提出了幾點(diǎn)改善意見,并應(yīng)用SLP法對(duì)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)各單位之間的物流和非物流關(guān)系作了分析,綜合各方面因素,將各單位的布局做了優(yōu)化。最后應(yīng)用Flexsim軟件對(duì)DC公司玉米倉(cāng)庫(kù)進(jìn)行仿真,分析入庫(kù)和出庫(kù)的具體作業(yè)流程,通過(guò)將真實(shí)的物理系統(tǒng)抽象與簡(jiǎn)化,建立倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)作業(yè)系統(tǒng)的仿真模型,設(shè)置模型參數(shù)并仿真運(yùn)行,得出3D模型的結(jié)果分析。結(jié)合玉米倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)的特點(diǎn)和倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理的原則分析出系統(tǒng)模型中存在的不合理性,建立優(yōu)化的目標(biāo)尋找優(yōu)化的方法,改善模型并多次運(yùn)行得出最優(yōu)模型,降低倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)成本和工作人員的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,提高倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)效率。
[Abstract]:China's logistics industry as a whole presents a rapid development model, but with the increasingly fierce market competition, the logistics industry is also facing a great crisis, warehousing as the core part of logistics activities, Its management condition will affect the efficiency and benefit of the whole logistics system. Scientific and reasonable facility planning in storage system can fully integrate manpower, material resources, equipment and resources, simplify logistics process and improve logistics efficiency. Logistics simulation is mainly based on computer technology to simulate the logistics system. Through simulation experiments, various dynamic activities and processes can be recorded instantly to verify the effectiveness, rationality and optimization of logistics project construction. This paper mainly takes DC corn warehouse as the background, applies SLP (systematic facility layout) to carry on the scientific and reasonable layout to its operating unit, and uses Flexsim software to carry on the simulation research to its system, Find out the bottleneck of warehouse system and improve the whole logistics system. This paper first introduces the research status of warehouse management and logistics system simulation at home and abroad, secondly, introduces the storage function and storage management principle, and describes the nature of DC corn warehouse. It lays the foundation for the later optimization. Then the composition of logistics system simulation, especially discrete event system simulation, is analyzed, and then the generation, function and characteristics of Flexsim software, terminology and basic modeling steps are introduced in detail. This paper mainly takes the warehousing system of DC Company as the research object, finds out the problems in management, layout and facilities, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the system by using the theory of industrial engineering. The relationship between logistics and non-logistics in warehouse system is analyzed by SLP method, and the layout of each unit is optimized by synthesizing various factors. Finally, the Flexsim software is used to simulate the corn warehouse of DC Company, and the concrete operation flow of entering and leaving the warehouse is analyzed. By abstracting and simplifying the real physical system, the simulation model of the storage operation system is established, the model parameters are set up and the simulation operation is carried out. The results of 3D model are analyzed. According to the characteristics of corn storage and the principles of storage management, the irrationality of the system model is analyzed, and the optimization method is established to improve the model and run the optimal model many times. Reduce storage cost and labor intensity of staff, improve storage efficiency.
