【摘要】：與以往制造企業(yè)由自建物流轉(zhuǎn)向外包的研究不同,本文以國(guó)內(nèi)大型電商由外包轉(zhuǎn)向自建物流模式為出發(fā)點(diǎn),構(gòu)建了部分自建物流最佳時(shí)機(jī)的實(shí)物期權(quán)模型,得出了最佳投資時(shí)機(jī)的解析解,并研究了關(guān)鍵參數(shù)與最佳投資臨界值的變化關(guān)系,最后通過(guò)與凈現(xiàn)值法下的結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較證明了模型的合理性。研究表明:外包模式下市場(chǎng)不確定性與最佳投資時(shí)機(jī)呈正相關(guān);在自建模式下,隨著自建和外包利潤(rùn)大小關(guān)系的變化,自建比例和最佳投資時(shí)機(jī)的關(guān)系不同,而非以往研究中的單一負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Different from the previous research of manufacturing enterprises from self-built logistics to outsourcing, this paper sets up the real option model of the best time of partial self-built logistics based on the domestic large-scale e-commerce from outsourcing to self-building logistics model as the starting point. The analytical solution of the optimal investment opportunity is obtained, and the relationship between the key parameters and the critical value of the best investment is studied. Finally, the rationality of the model is proved by comparison with the results under the net present value method. The results show that the market uncertainty is positively correlated with the optimal investment opportunity under the outsourcing mode; Under the self-built model, with the change of profit relationship between self-construction and outsourcing, the relationship between self-built ratio and optimal investment opportunity is different, rather than the single negative correlation in previous studies.
