【摘要】：該文根據(jù)金融危機后世界城市的發(fā)展特征,構(gòu)建了一套適用于世界城市識別和建設(shè)的綜合指標(biāo)評價體系。上海在世界城市評價中的總體實現(xiàn)度為47%,全球資源配置力和創(chuàng)新引領(lǐng)力的實現(xiàn)度為59%和63%,而國際影響力和國際吸引力均未達(dá)到世界城市平均水平的30%。上海在資源配置能級上與北京相當(dāng),在資源配置結(jié)構(gòu)上與香港和新加坡相似,在科技創(chuàng)新和文化創(chuàng)新方面已具備一定的規(guī)模。未來需要進一步提升城市軟實力,加快綠色城市建設(shè),努力向世界城市目標(biāo)邁進。
[Abstract]:According to the development characteristics of the world cities after the financial crisis, this paper constructs a set of comprehensive index evaluation system suitable for the identification and construction of the world cities. The overall realization degree of Shanghai in the evaluation of world cities is 47, the realization degree of global resource allocation and innovation leading power is 59% and 63%, while the international influence and international attraction are not up to 30% of the average level of the world cities. Shanghai is comparable to Beijing in the level of resource allocation, similar to Hong Kong and Singapore in the structure of resource allocation, and already has a certain scale in scientific and technological innovation and cultural innovation. In the future, we need to further enhance the soft power of cities, speed up the construction of green cities, and strive to advance towards the goal of world cities.
