【摘要】：近兩年縣鄉(xiāng)電商增速明顯,備受政府、傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)、傳統(tǒng)電商企業(yè)等重視,演變?yōu)殡娚绦袠I(yè)新的藍海。文章基于對縣鄉(xiāng)電商與物流相關(guān)資料的收集與整理,對縣鄉(xiāng)電商與物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了梳理,報告了縣鄉(xiāng)電商與物流發(fā)展快、增勢明顯,但仍處于初級階段,面臨諸多的發(fā)展阻力。通過以協(xié)同學相關(guān)理論為研究視角,將縣鄉(xiāng)電商物流看做一個整體系統(tǒng),以協(xié)同理論研究縣鄉(xiāng)電商物流系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同發(fā)展。通過對縣鄉(xiāng)電商物流系統(tǒng)協(xié)同發(fā)展的阻礙因素進行剖析,反映出縣鄉(xiāng)地區(qū)存在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施滯后、物流網(wǎng)絡覆蓋薄弱、觀念落后、政策缺失、人才匱乏等問題,這些問題已經(jīng)嚴重阻礙了縣鄉(xiāng)電商物流系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展。最后,文章提出一系列具體應對措施,從縣鄉(xiāng)交通運輸網(wǎng)絡、物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、物流網(wǎng)絡、物流環(huán)境、物流政策等系統(tǒng)、序參量、環(huán)境方面實現(xiàn)有序狀態(tài),借以推動縣鄉(xiāng)電商物流系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the past two years, the county and township ecommerce growth rate is obvious, which has been attached great importance to by the government, traditional enterprises and traditional e-commerce enterprises, and has evolved into a new blue sea in e-commerce industry. Based on the collection and collation of the relevant data of county and township e-commerce and logistics, this paper combs the present situation of county and township e-commerce and logistics development, and reports that county and township e-commerce and logistics are developing rapidly and increasing obviously, but they are still in the primary stage. Face a lot of development resistance. Based on the theory of Synergetics, the county and township e-commerce logistics is regarded as a whole system, and the cooperative development of county and township electronic commerce logistics system is studied by the cooperative theory. By analyzing the factors hindering the coordinated development of the county and township e-commerce logistics system, it shows that there are some problems in the county and township areas, such as lagged infrastructure, weak coverage of the logistics network, backward concept, lack of policy, lack of talents, and so on. These problems have seriously hindered the development of county and township e-commerce logistics system. Finally, the paper puts forward a series of concrete measures to realize the orderly state of the county and township transportation network, logistics infrastructure, logistics network, logistics environment, logistics policy, order parameters and environment. In order to promote the county and township e-commerce logistics system coordinated development.
