鋼鐵物流園區(qū)總體布局方法研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,鋼鐵物流業(yè)逐漸凸顯出其優(yōu)勢(shì)地位,現(xiàn)代化鋼鐵物流園區(qū)建設(shè)如火如荼,其規(guī)模也越來(lái)越大,同時(shí),園區(qū)內(nèi)部出現(xiàn)日益嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境問(wèn)題,由于布局規(guī)劃的不合理,而導(dǎo)致的資源浪費(fèi)和銜接不暢等現(xiàn)象,不僅不能有效發(fā)揮出園區(qū)的規(guī)模效應(yīng),還會(huì)造成很大的環(huán)境污染。因此,對(duì)鋼鐵物流園區(qū)總體布局進(jìn)行研究,具有重要的實(shí)際意義。 本文通過(guò)分析目前我國(guó)鋼鐵物流園區(qū)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)出其在發(fā)展規(guī)劃中存在的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合我國(guó)目前實(shí)施可持續(xù)性及低碳化發(fā)展的相關(guān)政策,說(shuō)明對(duì)鋼鐵物流園區(qū)進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理布局的重要性,并提出進(jìn)行鋼鐵物流園區(qū)總體布局規(guī)劃的基本流程。然后根據(jù)園區(qū)所輻射地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況和物流需求,結(jié)合核心關(guān)聯(lián)法與灰色預(yù)測(cè)法進(jìn)行鋼鐵物流園區(qū)的需求預(yù)測(cè),為園區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)提供可靠的數(shù)據(jù)支撐,避免盲目建設(shè)和資源浪費(fèi)的現(xiàn)象發(fā)生。同時(shí)對(duì)園區(qū)進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確定位,確定功能分區(qū)和規(guī)模,合理設(shè)計(jì)物流流程,盡可能減少重復(fù)作業(yè)和轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)作業(yè),實(shí)現(xiàn)園區(qū)的高效運(yùn)作。接著,分析鋼鐵物流園區(qū)的特點(diǎn),以及園區(qū)內(nèi)外交通,將園區(qū)中的鐵路專用線和出入口作為虛擬功能區(qū),與其他功能區(qū)一并進(jìn)行分析;考慮鐵路專用線的固定約束和出入口約束,以及各功能區(qū)長(zhǎng)寬比例的約束要求,建立以園區(qū)內(nèi)部物料搬運(yùn)總成本最小化、功能區(qū)之間的綜合關(guān)系最大化以及土地面積利用率最大化三個(gè)優(yōu)化目標(biāo)的布局優(yōu)化模型,并運(yùn)用遺傳算法求解,得出園區(qū)的布局方案。最后進(jìn)行方案調(diào)整,形成園區(qū)的總體布局方案。 通過(guò)對(duì)鋼鐵物流園區(qū)進(jìn)行合理布局,從根本上改善鋼鐵物流園區(qū)的交通狀況,減少交通擁堵,降低污染,提高園區(qū)作業(yè)效率,保障園區(qū)運(yùn)營(yíng)的低碳化和可持續(xù)性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the iron and steel logistics industry gradually highlights its advantages, the construction of modern steel logistics park is in full swing, and its scale is becoming larger and larger. At the same time, there are increasingly serious environmental problems within the park. Due to the unreasonable layout and planning, the waste of resources and the lack of connection, not only can not play an effective role in the scale of the park, but also cause a lot of environmental pollution. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the overall layout of iron and steel logistics park. Based on the analysis of the present development situation of China's iron and steel logistics park, this paper summarizes the existing problems in its development planning, and combines the relevant policies of implementing sustainable and low-carbon development in our country. The importance of scientific and reasonable layout of iron and steel logistics park is explained, and the basic process of overall layout planning of iron and steel logistics park is put forward. Then according to the economic situation and logistics demand of the region, combining the core correlation method and grey forecast method to forecast the demand of the steel logistics park, it provides reliable data support for the planning and design of the park. Avoid the phenomenon of blind construction and waste of resources. At the same time, the location of the park is accurate, the function area and scale are determined, the logistics flow is designed reasonably, and the repeated operation and transfer operation are reduced as much as possible, so as to realize the efficient operation of the park. Then, the paper analyzes the characteristics of the steel logistics park, and the transportation inside and outside the park, taking the special railway line and the entrance and exit as virtual function areas, and analyzing them together with other function areas. Considering the fixed constraints, entrance and exit constraints of special railway lines, as well as the requirements of the ratio of length and width of each functional area, the total cost of material handling in the park is minimized. The layout optimization model of the three optimization objectives of maximizing the comprehensive relationship between functional areas and maximizing the utilization rate of land area is proposed. The genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem and the layout scheme of the park is obtained. Finally, the scheme adjustment is carried out to form the overall layout of the park. Through the reasonable layout of the iron and steel logistics park, the traffic condition of the steel logistics park is improved fundamentally, the traffic congestion is reduced, the pollution is reduced, the operation efficiency of the park is improved, and the low carbonization and sustainable development of the operation of the park are ensured.
