商業(yè)模式對(duì)物流企業(yè)成長過程的影響:傳化物流的縱向案例研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,我國物流行業(yè)的產(chǎn)值不斷攀升,如今物流行業(yè)已成為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的重要組成部分。然而由于我國物流業(yè)起步晚,因此和發(fā)達(dá)國家之間還存在較大的差距,我國的物流行業(yè)目前存在的一個(gè)嚴(yán)重問題在于,物流業(yè)整體上呈現(xiàn)出小、散、亂的特點(diǎn),物流企業(yè)中有93%都是個(gè)體經(jīng)營戶,這些商戶往往不成規(guī)模,因而在經(jīng)營過程中容易體現(xiàn)出效率低下、資源整合能力差、抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力低等特點(diǎn),事實(shí)上,這也是中國重要經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱——廣大中小企業(yè)所面臨的問題,這嚴(yán)重制約了我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。 商業(yè)模式這一概念隨著20世紀(jì)90年代互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)的興起,得到了各界的廣泛關(guān)注,最初的時(shí)候商業(yè)模式被認(rèn)為是企業(yè)的經(jīng)營理論,也有被稱為“戰(zhàn)略意向”,此后人們開始對(duì)商業(yè)模式的概念進(jìn)行了廣泛的討論。從現(xiàn)有的研究成果來看,無論是學(xué)術(shù)界還是業(yè)界,人們對(duì)于商業(yè)模式都存在許多不同的觀點(diǎn),沒能達(dá)到高度的統(tǒng)一,加之商業(yè)模式的研究歷程尚淺,使得商業(yè)模式的研究依然停留在概念界定的階段。 為探索物流企業(yè)的成長問題,本文基于商業(yè)模式的視角,對(duì)物流企業(yè)的多個(gè)成長階段進(jìn)行研究,以此來揭示商業(yè)模式在物流企業(yè)成長過程中所扮演的角色。本文首先對(duì)商業(yè)模式的定義、要素組成、創(chuàng)新等研究內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了充分的總結(jié),并在已有研究內(nèi)容上建立了適合物流企業(yè)成長過程的研究框架,接著選取傳化物流為研究對(duì)象,通過訪談法和數(shù)據(jù)收集法對(duì)其進(jìn)行縱向案例研究,具體來說,本文將其發(fā)展過程分為三個(gè)階段,在每個(gè)階段分別對(duì)其商業(yè)模式的價(jià)值主張、價(jià)值創(chuàng)造和價(jià)值網(wǎng)絡(luò)等維度進(jìn)行研究,并探索其變化的過程。 本文通過研究得到以下結(jié)論,首先,本文明確了商業(yè)模式這一概念對(duì)于企業(yè)成長的重要意義;其次,物流企業(yè)的成長演化過程可以看作是其商業(yè)模式各維度間的發(fā)展變化過程;另外,物流企業(yè)在其成長的不同階段其商業(yè)模式維度是有所側(cè)重的;最后,企業(yè)的成長過程是內(nèi)外部因素共同作用的結(jié)果。 另外,本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于,首先本文通過對(duì)商業(yè)模式已有理論的學(xué)習(xí),并結(jié)合行業(yè)特點(diǎn)建立了一個(gè)能對(duì)企業(yè)成長過程中商業(yè)模式的變化過程進(jìn)行分析的理論模型;第二,本文將商業(yè)模式和企業(yè)成長問題進(jìn)行了結(jié)合;第三,本文的研究結(jié)合了具體的情境,是具體情境下的商業(yè)模式問題研究;第四,本文的研究為企業(yè)的成長做出了商業(yè)模式層面的內(nèi)在解釋;第五,本研究是物流行業(yè)理論研究的一次新的探索。
[Abstract]:Since entering the 21st century, the output value of the logistics industry in China has been rising continuously. Now, the logistics industry has become an important part of the national economy. However, due to the late start of the logistics industry in our country, there is still a big gap between the logistics industry and the developed countries. A serious problem in the logistics industry of our country at present lies in the fact that the logistics industry as a whole presents the characteristics of small, scattered and chaotic. In logistics enterprises, 93% of them are self-employed, and these businesses are often out of scale, so it is easy to show the characteristics of low efficiency, poor ability to integrate resources, and low ability to resist risks in the course of operation. In fact, This is also an important economic pillar of China-the vast number of small and medium-sized enterprises facing problems, which seriously restricted the economic development of our country. With the rise of the Internet industry in the 1990s, the concept of business model has received extensive attention from all walks of life. At first, the business model was considered to be the management theory of enterprises, and it was also called "strategic intention". From the current research results, whether academic or industry, people have many different views on business model, failed to achieve a high degree of unity, coupled with the business model research process is shallow, In order to explore the growth of logistics enterprises, this paper, based on the perspective of business model, studies the growth stages of logistics enterprises in order to reveal the role of business models in the growth of logistics enterprises. In this paper, the definition of business model, the composition of elements, innovation and other research contents are summarized, and the research framework suitable for logistics enterprise growth process is established on the existing research content, and then selected as the research object. Through the method of interview and data collection to carry on the longitudinal case study, specifically, this article divides its development process into three stages, in each stage separately to its business model value proposition, The dimension of value creation and value network is studied, and the process of its change is explored. In this paper, the following conclusions are obtained: firstly, this paper clarifies the significance of the concept of business model for enterprise growth; secondly, the evolution process of logistics enterprises can be regarded as the process of development and change among different dimensions of business model. In addition, logistics enterprises in different stages of their growth of their business model dimension is focused on; finally, the growth process of the enterprise is the result of internal and external factors. In addition, the innovation of this paper lies in: firstly, this paper establishes a theoretical model which can analyze the changing process of business model in the process of enterprise growth by studying the existing theory of business model and combining with the characteristics of the industry. This paper combines business model with enterprise growth; third, the research of this paper combines the specific situation, is the specific situation of business model research; fourth, The research of this paper makes the internal explanation of the business model level for the growth of the enterprise; fifthly, this research is a new exploration of the logistics industry theory research.
