【摘要】：“城鎮(zhèn)化建設”已被寫入黨的十八大報告，成為未來中國發(fā)展的方向之一。城鎮(zhèn)化建設是本屆政府力推的重點改革工作，是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要引擎。2013年底召開的中央經(jīng)濟工作會議和中央城鎮(zhèn)化工作會議均提出，要制定實施好國家新型城鎮(zhèn)化規(guī)劃。在改革頂層設計基本完成后，2014年將全面展開城鎮(zhèn)化建設。本文的目的在于研究吉林省城鎮(zhèn)化現(xiàn)狀，針對現(xiàn)狀對吉林省城鎮(zhèn)化建設進行綜合分并給出相應的對策建議，做到因地制宜，從而更有效的加快吉林省城鎮(zhèn)化建設步伐。 本文采用規(guī)范分析與實證分析相結合的方法進行研究。首先對城鎮(zhèn)化建設的形勢背景進行介紹，闡述了國內外相關文獻的理論觀點，介紹了農村城鎮(zhèn)化的基本理論概述、城鎮(zhèn)化存在的問題及研究的現(xiàn)實意義。在此基礎上，分析了吉林省農村城鎮(zhèn)化建設的現(xiàn)狀及城鎮(zhèn)化建設與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的關系，選取吉林省1983至2012年的城鎮(zhèn)化水平與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展指標，利用EViews軟件對吉林省城鎮(zhèn)化率和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的關系進行了格蘭杰因果關系檢驗，得出結論：就現(xiàn)在的吉林省現(xiàn)狀而言，城鎮(zhèn)化水平拉動了經(jīng)濟增長，但經(jīng)濟增長對城鎮(zhèn)化的進程貢獻卻甚微。從而對吉林省城鎮(zhèn)化建設的現(xiàn)實意義有了更深入的研究。接著，，根據(jù)吉林省農村城鎮(zhèn)化的影響因素，選取了2012年的吉林省各縣市18個指標數(shù)據(jù)對吉林省城鎮(zhèn)化的影響因素進行指標體系構建提取了六個主成分，分別是人口比重因子、社會服務因子、經(jīng)濟與環(huán)境因子、基礎設施建設因子、教育因子和產(chǎn)業(yè)結構因子，最終得到吉林省農村城鎮(zhèn)化的得分模型，并利用該模型，利用SPSS19.0軟件采用因子分析方法對吉林省的各縣市進行評分排名，并對評分結果做出對應分析，分析得到靠近長春市的各縣市在得分排名中靠前，而遠離長春市的偏遠縣市如圖們市等在排名中靠后，針對各項因子排名最終進行綜合分析。最后為對策建議，提出對吉林省城鎮(zhèn)化建設的幾點建議。
[Abstract]:Urbanization has been written into the report of the 18th National Congress of the Party, becoming one of the directions of China's development in the future. Urbanization construction is the key reform work pushed by the current government and an important engine for economic development. The central economic work conference and the central urbanization work conference held at the end of 2013 both proposed that we should formulate and implement the national new urbanization plan. After the basic completion of the top-level design reform, urbanization will be carried out in 2014. The purpose of this paper is to study the present situation of urbanization in Jilin Province, to comprehensively divide the construction of urbanization in Jilin Province and to give corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, so as to speed up the construction of urbanization in Jilin Province more effectively. This paper adopts the method of combining normative analysis with empirical analysis. Firstly, it introduces the situation background of urbanization construction, expounds the theoretical viewpoints of relevant literature at home and abroad, introduces the basic theory of rural urbanization, the problems existing in urbanization and the practical significance of the research. On this basis, this paper analyzes the present situation of rural urbanization construction in Jilin Province and the relationship between urbanization construction and economic development, and selects the urbanization level and economic development indicators of Jilin Province from 1983 to 2012. The Granger causality test of the relationship between the urbanization rate and economic development in Jilin Province is carried out by using EViews software, and the conclusion is drawn: in terms of the present situation in Jilin Province, the urbanization level has pulled the economic growth. But economic growth contributes little to the process of urbanization. Thus, there is a more in-depth study on the practical significance of urbanization construction in Jilin Province. Then, according to the influencing factors of rural urbanization in Jilin Province, the paper selects 18 index data of counties and cities of Jilin Province in 2012 to construct and extract six principal components, which are population specific gravity factors. Social service factors, economic and environmental factors, infrastructure construction factors, education factors and industrial structure factors, finally get the score model of rural urbanization in Jilin Province, and use this model, SPSS19.0 software is used to rank the counties and cities in Jilin Province by factor analysis, and the corresponding analysis of the score results is made. The analysis shows that the counties and cities close to Changchun are the highest in the score ranking. The remote counties and cities such as Tumen City, which are far away from Changchun City, are at the bottom of the ranking. Finally, for countermeasures and suggestions, several suggestions on urbanization construction in Jilin Province are put forward.
