國(guó)際工程物資采購(gòu)與庫(kù)存問(wèn)題研究
[Abstract]:Economic globalization not only promotes the prosperity of international engineering market, but also promotes the development of international engineering logistics. International engineering logistics is for the large-scale electric power, petrochemical, metallurgical and other construction projects and services generated, with the bulk of the international transport of goods as the main platform for all logistics activities. International engineering project logistics is a transnational logistics scheme which provides large-scale goods or complete sets of equipment for these projects for the purpose of meeting the schedule and control process of large construction projects. International engineering logistics is characterized by many logistics links, large scale, many participants and high technical level. Therefore, international engineering logistics plays a key role in the successful completion of international projects. Material procurement and inventory management is the key to the operation of international engineering logistics, which affects the duration, quality and cost of international projects. Firstly, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics and operation process of international engineering logistics, this paper discusses the characteristics and flow of international engineering material procurement. After comparing and analyzing three kinds of inventory management models: supplier managed inventory, joint inventory management and collaborative inventory management, the joint inventory management is applied to international engineering inventory management. Secondly, aiming at the current situation and existing problems of international construction procurement mode, procurement organization structure and supplier management, the paper puts forward the transformation from multi-source procurement to single-source procurement, and the multi-direction network information transmission mechanism. The efficiency of purchasing is improved by establishing dynamic purchasing center and classifying suppliers. Finally, genetic algorithm is applied to solve the joint inventory optimization model of international engineering. By comparing the model with the traditional optimization model, it is proved that the optimization model can effectively reduce the inventory cost of suppliers and builders.
