C2C大物流配送選址規(guī)劃研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, electronic commerce develops rapidly, but the development of electronic commerce logistics is not satisfactory. C2C (Consumer to Consumer), as a kind of network transaction mode of "private to private", will become the main force of the future development of electronic commerce. However, in the reality of C2C network transaction, because of many kinds of commodity transaction and uncertain customer demand, the logistics distribution of C2C has the characteristics of small batch, wide distribution area and high distribution frequency. As a result, the whole logistics distribution system has some problems, such as high logistics cost, untimely distribution and low logistics service level, which will inevitably hinder the development of electronic commerce. Therefore, how to design a reasonable logistics distribution system of C2C e-commerce can not only meet the development needs of current e-commerce, but also reduce logistics costs and enterprise costs, improve the level of logistics services and shopping experience of online shoppers. Is the current C-C e-commerce industry to solve the problem. Based on this background, this paper analyzes the existing problems of C2C E-commerce logistics in our country. Combined with Taobao's "big logistics" plan, this paper studies a new planning thinking of E-commerce logistics distribution, that is, large logistics distribution mode. By using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the two-level programming model, the location planning of the large logistics distribution network is carried out from the qualitative and quantitative aspects. The contents of the specific chapters are as follows: the first chapter introduces the background and significance of the selected topic of the thesis, and describes and analyzes the relevant literature at home and abroad; The second chapter studies the limitation of C2C distribution mode and the necessity of large logistics distribution, and analyzes the location of logistics center and the two-level planning model theoretically. Natural environment factors, infrastructure factors, other factors are the evaluation index of the location system, and AHP from the qualitative point of view of alternative logistics center address ranking, for the subsequent quantitative analysis of the basis; In the fourth chapter, based on the qualitative analysis of AHP, the location planning problem of large logistics distribution network is described and analyzed, and a two-level planning model is constructed. The model is a multi-objective bilevel programming model with the minimum total cost of e-commerce platform as the target and the minimum total cost of each e-commerce enterprise as the target at the lower level, and the solution method based on genetic algorithm is designed. The fifth chapter designs a case for the two-level programming model, and uses MATLAB software to solve the model, which proves the validity of the model. Chapter VI summarizes the full text and points out the shortcomings. It provides a direction for further research.
