【摘要】：在國家大力倡導(dǎo)新型城鎮(zhèn)化、推動政府與社會資本合作,城鎮(zhèn)綜合開發(fā)投資業(yè)務(wù)興起的背景下,本文立足多年實踐經(jīng)驗,結(jié)合城鎮(zhèn)綜合開發(fā)投資業(yè)務(wù)檔案的特點,就目前存在的檔案管理責(zé)任界定不明確、檔案管理工作相對松散、人才緊缺且流動性強等問題進行分析,并提出健全責(zé)任體系建設(shè)、開展管理機制建設(shè)、加強人才體系建設(shè)等解決措施。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the state advocating new urbanization, promoting the cooperation between government and social capital, and the rising of investment business in urban comprehensive development, this paper bases itself on many years of practical experience and combines the characteristics of the archives of investment business in integrated development of cities and towns. This paper analyzes the existing problems such as unclear definition of archival management responsibility, relatively loose archival management work, shortage of talents and strong mobility, and puts forward the construction of a sound responsibility system and the construction of management mechanism. Strengthen the construction of talent system and other solutions.
