【摘要】：正4月15日,由世界知識產(chǎn)權(quán)組織(WIPO)中國辦事處與中國知識產(chǎn)權(quán)研究會聯(lián)合主辦的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)未來發(fā)展研討會在北京舉行。中國知識產(chǎn)權(quán)研究會理事長田力普、商務(wù)部全國打擊侵權(quán)假冒工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組辦公室常務(wù)副主任柴海濤、WIPO中國辦副主任呂國良出席會議并發(fā)言,來自政府機(jī)關(guān)、企事業(yè)單位、高校、科研院所、代理機(jī)構(gòu)的代表以及有關(guān)專家學(xué)者共120余人參加會議。中國知識產(chǎn)權(quán)研究會秘書長張云才主持專題研討,中國科學(xué)院研究生院法律系
[Abstract]:On April 15, a seminar on intellectual property protection and the future development of the Internet was held in Beijing, jointly sponsored by the (WIPO) China Office of the World intellectual property Organization and the China intellectual property Research Association. Tian Lipu, chairman of the China intellectual property Research Association, Chai Haitao, executive deputy director of the Office of the National leading Group on Combating copyright infringement and counterfeiting of the Ministry of Commerce, and Lu Guoliang, deputy director of the WIPO China Office, attended the meeting and spoke from government agencies, enterprises and institutions. Representatives of institutions of higher learning, scientific research institutes, agencies and related experts and scholars attended the meeting. Zhang Yuncai, secretary-general of the China intellectual property Research Association, presided over the seminar, Faculty of Law, Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Sciences
