【摘要】：正《檢驗檢測機構(gòu)資質(zhì)認定管理辦法》實施時間《檢驗檢測機構(gòu)資質(zhì)認定管理辦法》于2015年3月23日國家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗檢疫總局局務(wù)會議審議通過,自2015年8月1日起施行。檢驗檢測機構(gòu)資質(zhì)認定的實施范圍按照"法無授權(quán)不可為"的法治原則,依照《計量法》及其實施細則、《認證認可條例》等有關(guān)法律、行政法規(guī)的規(guī)定,向社會出具具有證明作用的數(shù)據(jù)和結(jié)果的檢驗檢測機構(gòu),應(yīng)當依法經(jīng)國家認證認可監(jiān)督管理部門(以
