【摘要】：當(dāng)今的城市競爭力研究已經(jīng)不在局限于中大城市或一般地級(jí)城市,縣級(jí)城市的競爭也越來越多被人們談?wù)?縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r也直接關(guān)乎到地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。本文便從縣級(jí)城市這個(gè)角度切入,力求用科學(xué)合理的指標(biāo)評測體系對江蘇省的縣級(jí)城市進(jìn)行一次實(shí)證分析,以此探討江蘇省各縣級(jí)城市的差異及引起這些差異背后的影響因素,并提出合理建議。文章通過收集江蘇省48縣級(jí)城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)外貿(mào)科技環(huán)境等7個(gè)方面的39項(xiàng)指標(biāo),對其進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化后,通過主成分分析方法提取了4個(gè)主成分,隨后通過4個(gè)主成分對39項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了綜合評估。計(jì)算48縣市在經(jīng)濟(jì)外貿(mào)科技環(huán)境等各方面上的總分,再對其進(jìn)行排序。得到下述結(jié)論：昆山、江陰、常熟、張家港、太倉五個(gè)城市的城市競爭力表現(xiàn)較好,而灌云、灌南、響水、洪澤、金湖的城市競爭力在評價(jià)體系中表現(xiàn)較差。之后通過系統(tǒng)聚類法和k-均值聚類法進(jìn)行聚類分析。通過聚類分析,將江蘇省48縣級(jí)城市分成了3類,較為系統(tǒng)地表示了各城市的優(yōu)勢與劣勢,進(jìn)而提出對江蘇省縣級(jí)城市今后發(fā)展的參考建議。 文章共分五個(gè)章節(jié)：第一章緒論為鋪墊,先提出研究的背景和意義,再將行文思路和主要方法告訴讀者,為引入下文打下基礎(chǔ)；第二章簡單闡述了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的研究和我參閱的一些資料,還點(diǎn)出了此文的創(chuàng)新之處；第三章的核心是指標(biāo)體系的搭建和將采用的數(shù)理方法,將核心原理給予了較為詳細(xì)的闡述；第四章則是方法的具體應(yīng)用,分別用了主成分分析和聚類方法對江蘇省縣級(jí)城市的相關(guān)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,得出了結(jié)論并加以必要分析；第五章也是全文的最后一章,主要是結(jié)合了前文分析結(jié)果給出的政策建議和對全文的總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the study of urban competitiveness is not confined to large cities or general prefectural cities, and the competition of county-level cities has been discussed more and more. The development of county economy is also directly related to the development of regional economy. From the point of view of county-level cities, this paper tries to make an empirical analysis of county-level cities in Jiangsu Province with a scientific and reasonable index evaluation system, so as to explore the differences of county-level cities in Jiangsu Province and the influencing factors behind these differences. Reasonable suggestions are put forward. Through collecting 39 indexes of 7 aspects, such as economy, foreign trade, science and technology environment and so on in 48 county-level cities of Jiangsu Province, this paper has standardized them and extracted 4 principal components by principal component analysis. Then 39 indexes were evaluated by 4 principal components. Calculate the total scores of 48 counties and cities in economy, foreign trade, science and technology environment, etc. The following conclusions are obtained: the urban competitiveness of Kunshan, Jiangyin, Changshu, Zhangjiagang and Taicang cities is better, while the urban competitiveness of Guanyun, Guannan, Xiangshui, Hongze and Jinhu is poor in the evaluation system. Then cluster analysis is carried out by means of systematic clustering method and K-means clustering method. Through cluster analysis, 48 county-level cities in Jiangsu Province are divided into three categories, and the advantages and disadvantages of each city are systematically expressed, and suggestions for the future development of county-level cities in Jiangsu Province are put forward. The article is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction of the background and significance of the study, and then the text ideas and main methods to inform the reader, for the introduction of the following lay the foundation; The second chapter briefly describes the relevant research at home and abroad and some materials I refer to, and also points out the innovation of this paper; the core of chapter three is the construction of the index system and the mathematical methods to be adopted. The core principle is explained in detail. The fourth chapter is the application of the method, using the principal component analysis and clustering methods to analyze the relevant index data of county-level cities in Jiangsu Province. The fifth chapter is also the last chapter of the paper, which mainly combines the policy recommendations and the summary of the full text.
