【摘要】：著名諾貝爾經(jīng)濟學(xué)獎獲得者斯蒂格利茨曾預(yù)言:二十一世紀(jì),中國的城鎮(zhèn)化將成為帶動世界經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的“兩大動力引擎”之一。安徽省作為中國東部省份之一,其城鎮(zhèn)化在帶動經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的同時,對建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展也將產(chǎn)生重要的影響。城鎮(zhèn)化與建筑業(yè)發(fā)展關(guān)系較為密切,從城鎮(zhèn)化與建筑業(yè)發(fā)展的規(guī)律來看,城鎮(zhèn)化與建筑業(yè)發(fā)展要協(xié)調(diào)。目前,安徽省在快速城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的過程中,對建筑業(yè)產(chǎn)生了一系列正面與負面的影響。因此,研究安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化對建筑業(yè)發(fā)展的影響,并提出有針對性的對策建議,以促進安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化與建筑業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展顯得尤為重要。論文首先對相關(guān)理論進行了綜述,對城鎮(zhèn)化與建筑業(yè)的內(nèi)涵進行了界定,使得論文研究內(nèi)容更具有針對性。其次對安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化與建筑業(yè)進行了現(xiàn)狀分析,對城鎮(zhèn)化與建筑業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、問題、擬解決措施及城鎮(zhèn)化擬對建筑業(yè)的影響進行了分析。隨后從定量分析的角度對安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化與建筑業(yè)因果關(guān)系進行實證研究,然后從經(jīng)濟、人口、城市建設(shè)與生活環(huán)境、人民生活水平四個方面的城鎮(zhèn)化與建筑業(yè)發(fā)展進行評價,并對結(jié)果進行灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析。最后提出促進安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化與建筑業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的對策建議。通過以上分析,得出安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化進程中經(jīng)濟、人口、城市建設(shè)與生活環(huán)境及人民生活水平因素對建筑業(yè)影響存在差異。灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析結(jié)果顯示人民生活水平的提高與建筑業(yè)的關(guān)聯(lián)度最為緊密,對建筑業(yè)發(fā)展的促進作用最大。為了促進安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化與建筑業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,應(yīng)當(dāng)制定科學(xué)合理的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展規(guī)劃,進一步完善招標(biāo)投標(biāo)管理制度,加快推進“四個城鎮(zhèn)化”協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,確保建筑業(yè)產(chǎn)品能夠適應(yīng)不同人群的需求,同時還要努力提高人民生活水平,以保障安徽省經(jīng)濟社會健康、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Stiglitz, the famous Nobel laureate in economics, predicted that China's urbanization will become one of the "two driving engines" to drive the development of the world economy in the 21 century. As one of the eastern provinces in China, the urbanization of Anhui Province will have an important impact on the development of the construction industry while driving the economic and social development. Urbanization is closely related to the development of construction industry. From the law of urbanization and development of construction industry, the development of urbanization and construction industry should be coordinated. At present, Anhui Province has a series of positive and negative effects on the construction industry in the process of rapid urbanization. Therefore, it is particularly important to study the impact of urbanization on the development of construction industry in Anhui Province, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of urbanization and construction industry in Anhui Province. Firstly, this paper summarizes the relevant theories and defines the connotation of urbanization and construction industry, which makes the research content more targeted. Secondly, the paper analyzes the current situation of urbanization and construction industry in Anhui Province, and analyzes the present situation, problems, measures to solve and the impact of urbanization on construction industry. Then from the perspective of quantitative analysis of urbanization and construction industry causality in Anhui Province empirical study, and then from the economy, population, urban construction and living environment, people's living standards of urbanization and the development of construction industry evaluation. The result is analyzed by grey correlation degree. Finally, the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of urbanization and construction industry in Anhui Province. Through the above analysis, it is concluded that the factors of economy, population, urban construction, living environment and people's standard of living in the urbanization process of Anhui Province have different effects on the construction industry. The result of grey correlation analysis shows that the improvement of people's living standard is most closely related to the construction industry, and it is the most important to promote the development of the construction industry. In order to promote the coordinated development of urbanization and construction industry in Anhui Province, it is necessary to formulate a scientific and reasonable urbanization development plan, further improve the tender and bid management system, and accelerate the coordinated development of the "four urbanization". To ensure that construction products can meet the needs of different groups of people, and at the same time to improve the standard of living of the people, in order to ensure the economic and social health and stable development of Anhui Province.
