河南省新型城鎮(zhèn)化進程中農(nóng)村勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移就業(yè)問題研究
[Abstract]:In 2014, China's urbanization rate reached 54.77, China entered the stage of rapid development of urbanization. At the same time, after more than 30 years of rapid economic growth, the construction of cities and towns in China is also facing the problems of imperfect infrastructure, imperfect basic public services, prominent urban diseases, and so on. In order to solve all kinds of problems in the process of urbanization in China, the central government has put forward the strategic policy for the construction of new urbanization. Henan Province has a large population, which requires it to deal with the problem of rural labor transfer and employment in the process of new urbanization construction. Based on the present situation of rural labor force transfer and employment in Henan Province, it is of great significance to study the problem of speeding up rural labor force transfer and employment in the process of new urbanization construction in Henan Province, which is the inevitable requirement of speeding up the construction of new urbanization in Henan Province. This paper begins with the theoretical discussion, and defines the concepts of new urbanization, rural labor force, transfer of employment, and so on, through the systematic combing and objective evaluation of the domestic and foreign scholars' research results and the relevant basic theories of economics. It lays a theoretical foundation for further research. Then, through data analysis, questionnaire analysis and other forms of research on the construction of new urbanization in Henan Province and rural labor transfer and employment status, and find out the existing problems. In order to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of rural labor migration and employment in the process of new urbanization construction in Henan Province, this paper summarizes the advanced experience and shortcomings of promoting rural labor migration and employment in developed areas at home and abroad. And has constructed the rural labor force shift employment guidance mechanism. On the basis of this, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the transfer and employment of rural labor force in the process of new urbanization construction in Henan Province from six aspects: institutional environment, employment market, industrial development, education and training, social environment and urban construction.
