基于雙元能力的物流企業(yè)發(fā)展模式研究—宇鑫物流案例研究

【摘要】:發(fā)展模式是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)在瞬息萬變的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境中取得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的法寶。物流企業(yè)如何通過市場(chǎng)開拓與內(nèi)部運(yùn)營(yíng)的相互作用來尋找合適自身的發(fā)展模式,還需要深入研究,F(xiàn)有理論尚無法解決這個(gè)實(shí)際問題,將雙元能力的探索視角和開發(fā)視角結(jié)合來研究企業(yè)發(fā)展模式,有助于平衡市場(chǎng)開拓和內(nèi)部運(yùn)營(yíng)之間的關(guān)系,從而更加全面深入地揭示物流企業(yè)發(fā)展模式。一方面,企業(yè)通過探索機(jī)會(huì)和把握機(jī)會(huì)進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)開拓,另一方面,企業(yè)通過管理規(guī)范和管理授權(quán)加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部運(yùn)營(yíng),兩方面對(duì)立統(tǒng)一,促進(jìn)企業(yè)快速發(fā)展。本研究以宇鑫物流股份有限公司為案例研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合雙元能力詳細(xì)并深入解釋了在宇鑫物流發(fā)展的三個(gè)階段中,企業(yè)是如何運(yùn)用市場(chǎng)開拓與內(nèi)部運(yùn)營(yíng)兩種看似相沖突的力,相互促進(jìn),形成螺旋上升的發(fā)展模式。本研究主要從以下兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究并力圖逐步得出研究結(jié)論:(1)企業(yè)發(fā)展模式在探索、創(chuàng)建、完善三階段中,企業(yè)不同層級(jí)的員工所具有的雙元能力是不同的。在探索企業(yè)發(fā)展模式階段,企業(yè)高層管理者具備同時(shí)關(guān)注市場(chǎng)和員工的雙元能力;在創(chuàng)建企業(yè)發(fā)展模式階段,企業(yè)高層管理者和經(jīng)理層同時(shí)具備平衡市場(chǎng)開拓和內(nèi)部運(yùn)營(yíng),即探索和把握市場(chǎng)時(shí)機(jī)以及管理規(guī)范和授權(quán)的雙元能力;在完善企業(yè)發(fā)展模式階段,高層管理者、經(jīng)理層、員工都具備了同時(shí)關(guān)注市場(chǎng)開拓和內(nèi)部運(yùn)營(yíng)的雙元能力,員工的雙元能力體現(xiàn)在他關(guān)注客戶個(gè)性化需求和自發(fā)向經(jīng)理層提供合理化建議,便于企業(yè)探索機(jī)會(huì)和把握機(jī)會(huì),實(shí)現(xiàn)更合理的管理規(guī)范和授權(quán),來平衡市場(chǎng)開拓和內(nèi)部運(yùn)營(yíng);揭示了不同層次雙元能力的演化對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展模式的作用。(2)企業(yè)通過市場(chǎng)開拓與內(nèi)部運(yùn)營(yíng)之間不斷更新和完善的平衡過程來促進(jìn)企業(yè)發(fā)展模式的實(shí)現(xiàn)。在市場(chǎng)開拓當(dāng)中,宇鑫物流采用的是“成塊連片”的戰(zhàn)略邏輯,即對(duì)市場(chǎng)的開拓通過建立子結(jié)構(gòu),把新建立的子結(jié)構(gòu)聚成塊,再將塊連成片,實(shí)現(xiàn)占領(lǐng)市場(chǎng)的目的。具體路徑是:通過現(xiàn)有的市場(chǎng)探索機(jī)會(huì),結(jié)合自身資源對(duì)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)的機(jī)會(huì)充分把握,以此來引領(lǐng)內(nèi)部運(yùn)營(yíng):在內(nèi)部運(yùn)營(yíng)中,企業(yè)采用“復(fù)制粘貼”的邏輯,即復(fù)制現(xiàn)有的管理規(guī)范粘貼于新建立的子結(jié)構(gòu)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)快速復(fù)制式發(fā)展。具體路徑是:依據(jù)子結(jié)構(gòu)所面臨不同的內(nèi)外環(huán)境,在粘貼企業(yè)管理規(guī)范時(shí)又適當(dāng)對(duì)子結(jié)構(gòu)管理授權(quán),使其能充分適應(yīng)“本土化”發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)推動(dòng)市場(chǎng)開拓的戰(zhàn)略目的。本研究詳細(xì)并深入解釋了企業(yè)發(fā)展模式在探索、創(chuàng)建、完善三階段中,不同層面的雙元能力演化對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展模式的作用,得出了市場(chǎng)開拓和內(nèi)部運(yùn)營(yíng)互動(dòng)平衡形成企業(yè)發(fā)展模式的過程模型。本研究為物流服務(wù)企業(yè)發(fā)展模式提供了一個(gè)系統(tǒng)化的研究視角,并為實(shí)踐者提供了一個(gè)利用內(nèi)外部雙元能力尋找適合自身發(fā)展模式的更具有經(jīng)驗(yàn)支持性的框架。
[Abstract]:The development model is the magic weapon for modern enterprises to gain competitive advantage in the rapidly changing market economy environment. How to find a suitable development model through the interaction between market development and internal operation of logistics enterprises needs further study. The existing theory can not solve this practical problem. Combining the exploration and development perspectives of dual capabilities to study the enterprise development model will help to balance the relationship between market development and internal operation. Thus more comprehensive and in-depth disclosure of logistics enterprise development model. On the one hand, the enterprise develops the market by exploring the opportunity and grasping the opportunity; on the other hand, the enterprise strengthens the internal operation through the management norm and the management authorization, the unity of opposites between the two aspects promotes the rapid development of the enterprise. This study takes Yuxin Logistics Co., Ltd. as the case study object, and explains in detail and in depth how the enterprises use the two seemingly conflicting forces of market development and internal operation in the three stages of the development of Yuxin logistics. Promote each other to form a spiral rising development model. This research mainly carries on the research from the following two aspects and tries to draw the research conclusion step by step: (1) the enterprise development pattern is in the exploration, the establishment, the consummation three stages, the enterprise different level employee has the dual ability is different. In the stage of exploring the enterprise development model, the senior managers have the dual ability to pay attention to both the market and the staff at the same time, and in the stage of establishing the enterprise development model, the senior managers and managers have the ability to balance the market development and the internal operation at the same time. That is to explore and grasp the market opportunity and the dual ability of management norm and authorization, in the stage of perfecting the enterprise development model, the senior management, the manager and the staff all have the dual ability to pay attention to the market development and the internal operation at the same time. The dual ability of the staff is reflected in his concern about the customer's individualized needs and the spontaneous provision of reasonable suggestions to the manager, which will facilitate the enterprise to explore and grasp the opportunities, realize more reasonable management norms and authorizations, and balance the market development with the internal operation. This paper reveals the role of the evolution of dualistic capability at different levels on the enterprise development model. (2) the enterprise promotes the realization of the enterprise development model through the process of constantly updating and perfecting the balance between market development and internal operation. In the process of market development, Yuxin Logistics adopts the strategic logic of "block connecting", that is, through the establishment of sub-structure, the newly established sub-structure is gathered into blocks, and then the blocks are connected into pieces to achieve the purpose of occupying the market. The specific path is: through the existing market exploration opportunities, combined with their own resources to fully grasp the opportunities that can be realized to lead the internal operation: in the internal operation, enterprises adopt the "copy and paste" logic, That is, copy the existing management specifications on the newly established substructure to achieve rapid enterprise replication development. The specific path is: according to the different internal and external environment of the substructure, appropriate authorization of the sub-structure management should be attached to the enterprise management norm, so that it can fully adapt to the development of "localization" and realize the strategic purpose of promoting the market development. This study explains in detail and in depth the role of dual capability evolution at different levels in exploring, creating and perfecting the enterprise development model in the three stages of exploring, establishing and perfecting the enterprise development model. The process model of enterprise development model is obtained by market development and internal operation interaction balance. This study provides a systematic research perspective for logistics service enterprise development model, and provides a more experiential supporting framework for practitioners to use the internal and external dual capabilities to find a more suitable model for their own development.
