中部地區(qū)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率評價(jià)研究
[Abstract]:High-tech industry refers to the industry in which R&D plays a key role in production or service. With the development of world economic globalization, the development of science and technology has attracted more and more attention from all countries, and the high-tech industry has become the focus of competition. The plan clearly proposes that we should vigorously develop strategic emerging high-tech industries, promote the upgrading of traditional industries, accelerate the development of modern services, and comprehensively enhance the core competitiveness of China's high-tech industries.
On the basis of predecessors, this paper firstly defines high-tech industries, then introduces the relevant concepts of technology innovation theory and regional innovation theory. Secondly, this paper uses DEA method to analyze the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries in central China by using input-output data from 2010 to 2012. The index analysis method selects the input data from 1995 to 2010 and the output data from 1997 to 2012 to study the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries in central China dynamically based on the two dimensions of region and industry. Compared with the eastern region, it is not very high, but also needs to further strengthen the input of technical resources. In view of the relevant conclusions, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries in the central region of China.
