基于準(zhǔn)時制的快速消費(fèi)品物流配送研究
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, the demand for FMCG is increasing. FMCG industry has become an important supporting point of consumer goods market. In the 21st century, customers pay more attention to time and require goods to be delivered on time within the range of errors. Therefore, punctual logistics has become an important means to increase competitiveness in the field of fast-moving consumer goods. Through punctual logistics management, the aim of delivering goods to customers in the best way on time is achieved, and customer satisfaction is improved. However, punctual logistics also puts forward higher requirements for enterprises. In view of the fact that there are still some problems in punctuality in FMCG logistics enterprises, this paper intends to study logistics process and operation management from the point of view of punctual logistics management. This paper discusses the operation of fast moving consumer goods logistics distribution based on punctual system. There are many kinds of fast moving consumer goods, and different categories require different time. This paper focuses on the just-in-time mechanism of fast moving consumer goods under a single category, and takes tobacco logistics as an example to carry out empirical research. There are the following specific aspects of work: (1) on time, fast moving consumer goods, logistics distribution, The related concepts and theories of punctual FMCG logistics distribution are combed out. (2) the current situation of FMCG logistics distribution is described in detail, and on this basis, the operational model of FMCG logistics distribution just-in-time system is constructed. The model elements and the operation mechanism of the core business of the model under JIT are analyzed. (3) for the integrated warehousing operation system, the Node-Driven Storage JIT Mechanism is established; for the Transportation Operation system, the Node-Driven Storage JIT mechanism is established. The two-stage method is used to solve the distribution route optimization problem, and the logistics distribution time is predicted. The arrival time from "days" to time. (4) this paper also analyzes the relevant models and system architecture of the paper, and then applies the theoretical research to practice.
