綠色農(nóng)房建造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:建筑業(yè)是我國的能耗大戶,建材生產(chǎn)和建筑使用過程中的能耗占社會(huì)總能耗的40%左右。在我國的城鄉(xiāng)建筑的存量中,絕大部分為高能耗建筑,建設(shè)發(fā)展“四節(jié)一環(huán)!钡木G色建筑成為我國建筑業(yè)的必然選擇。隨著城鎮(zhèn)化、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的推進(jìn),我國農(nóng)房的建設(shè)數(shù)量逐年增加,并且在我國建筑總量中的所占比重較大,而傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)房存在建設(shè)管理不到位、能耗量巨大、農(nóng)房建設(shè)所用建材質(zhì)量低劣以及農(nóng)房建設(shè)缺乏技術(shù)性等嚴(yán)重問題。因此,大力推進(jìn)綠色農(nóng)房的建造成為了我國村鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)未來發(fā)展的主要方向。 本文詳盡的闡述了論文的研究背景,包括研究范圍的界定、建筑業(yè)的高能耗、建筑業(yè)與環(huán)境的和諧發(fā)展、村鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)規(guī)模的日益擴(kuò)大以及綠色農(nóng)房的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求,并針對(duì)國內(nèi)外綠色建筑、綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)以及綠色農(nóng)房評(píng)價(jià)的研究現(xiàn)狀和不足,提出了本文的研究內(nèi)容。在對(duì)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了綠色農(nóng)房建造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)價(jià)的豐富內(nèi)涵,為后續(xù)的評(píng)價(jià)工作奠定了基礎(chǔ)。在分析指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建原則的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了綠色農(nóng)房建造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,涵蓋技術(shù)性指標(biāo)、社會(huì)性指標(biāo)和經(jīng)濟(jì)性指標(biāo)的12個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)和41個(gè)三級(jí)指標(biāo),在對(duì)各項(xiàng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的內(nèi)容和確定方法予以詳細(xì)的剖析后,并對(duì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,確保各項(xiàng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的科學(xué)性和合理性。采用基于5級(jí)標(biāo)度法和熵值法的綜合集成賦權(quán)法來確定綠色農(nóng)房建造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,采用灰色聚類法對(duì)綠色農(nóng)房建造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),以此構(gòu)建基于三角白化權(quán)函數(shù)的綠色農(nóng)房建造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)價(jià)模型。最后以天津市寶坻區(qū)尹家鋪村的綠色農(nóng)房為背景,對(duì)本文已構(gòu)建的綠色農(nóng)房建造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)價(jià)模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果為“三星級(jí)”標(biāo)準(zhǔn),然后針對(duì)我國綠色農(nóng)房實(shí)際現(xiàn)狀提出有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策建議。 綠色農(nóng)房建造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)價(jià)模型的構(gòu)建,為我國村鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)綠色農(nóng)房的實(shí)際評(píng)價(jià)提供了可行的技術(shù)路徑,保障了我國綠色農(nóng)房建造過程的規(guī)范和科學(xué),促進(jìn)了綠色農(nóng)房的建設(shè)、推廣和普及。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is a major energy user in China, and the energy consumption in the production and use of building materials accounts for about 40% of the total energy consumption of the society. In the stock of urban and rural buildings in China, most of them are high energy consumption buildings, so the construction and development of green buildings with "four sections and one environmental protection" has become the inevitable choice of Chinese construction industry. The poor quality of building materials used in the construction of agricultural houses and the lack of technical construction of agricultural houses and other serious problems. Therefore, vigorously promoting the construction of green farm houses has become the main direction of the future development of villages and towns in China. This article elaborated the research background in detail, including the definition of the research scope, the high energy consumption of the construction industry, the harmonious development of the construction industry and the environment, the increasing expansion of the scale of the village and town construction and the realistic demand of the green farm house. Aiming at the present situation and deficiency of the research on green building, green building evaluation and green agricultural house evaluation at home and abroad, the research content of this paper is put forward. Based on the analysis of relevant theories, this paper expounds the rich connotation of the standard evaluation of the construction of green agricultural houses, which lays a foundation for the subsequent evaluation work. After the detailed analysis of the contents and determination methods of each evaluation index, the preprocessing of the index is carried out to ensure the scientific and reasonable evaluation index. The weight of the standard evaluation index of green farm house is determined by the comprehensive integrated weighting method based on 5-grade scale method and entropy method, and the grey cluster method is used to evaluate the construction standard of green farm house. A standard evaluation model of green farm house construction based on triangular whitening weight function is constructed. Finally, based on the background of the green farm house in Yinjiapu Village, Baodi District, Tianjin, the paper makes an empirical study on the evaluation model of the construction standard of the green farm house, the result of which is "three star" standard. Then put forward some countermeasures and suggestions in view of the actual situation of green farm houses in our country. Popularizing and popularizing.
