【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)的城鎮(zhèn)化研究中,大都不同程度地忽視了現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)在城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展中的地位和作用,認(rèn)為工業(yè)化是城鎮(zhèn)化的主要?jiǎng)恿?農(nóng)業(yè)往往被置于被動(dòng)的接受者和被改造者的地位。實(shí)際上,農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化和升級(jí)是區(qū)域城鎮(zhèn)化的產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)之一,以農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化為基礎(chǔ)的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展不但可以有效促進(jìn)區(qū)域農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,也是區(qū)域城鎮(zhèn)化的重要推動(dòng)力。農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和城鎮(zhèn)化之間是良性的互動(dòng)關(guān)系。湖北省是農(nóng)業(yè)大省,依托農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群促進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展具有較好的資源條件和產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)。因此,本論文對(duì)湖北省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了調(diào)查和分析,試圖研究該區(qū)域農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展之間的互動(dòng)關(guān)系,并找出二者良性互動(dòng)發(fā)展不足的原因,以期進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)湖北省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和城鎮(zhèn)化的良性發(fā)展�；谏鲜鏊悸�,論文首先從農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的動(dòng)因和城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的動(dòng)力分析入手,闡釋了農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和城鎮(zhèn)化互動(dòng)發(fā)展的機(jī)理。在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,論文分析了湖北省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,并采用Eviews6.0計(jì)量軟件,通過(guò)協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)和格蘭杰因果檢驗(yàn),分析湖北省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與城鎮(zhèn)化間的相互關(guān)系。論文進(jìn)一步分析了目前湖北省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與城鎮(zhèn)化互動(dòng)發(fā)展中的制約因素,并提出了進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)二者互動(dòng)發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。論文的主要結(jié)論如下： (1)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群提升了城鎮(zhèn)化所需的諸要素的形成和發(fā)展速度,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)了城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展,為城鎮(zhèn)空間擴(kuò)展提出來(lái)更高的要求；同時(shí)城鎮(zhèn)化為農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群提供了空間地理載體,是農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的有力支撐,因此,二者是互相促進(jìn)、協(xié)同發(fā)展的。 (2)湖北省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展關(guān)系的實(shí)證分析表明,在長(zhǎng)期來(lái)看農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展與城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展不是獨(dú)立的,是相互促進(jìn)互相影響的,只是影響程度不同罷了。但在短期內(nèi),城鎮(zhèn)化率的提高對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展沒(méi)有明顯的好處,同時(shí)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化率的提高也沒(méi)有明顯作用。 (3)由于集群程度低和城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)的存在使湖北省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展良性互動(dòng)不足,還需從整體規(guī)劃、制度建設(shè)、創(chuàng)新體系的建設(shè)以及對(duì)龍頭企業(yè)的政策扶持等方面入手,促進(jìn)二者良性互動(dòng)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the traditional study of urbanization, the status and function of modern agriculture in the development of urbanization are largely ignored to varying degrees. Industrialization is the main driving force of urbanization, and agriculture is often placed in the position of passive receiver and reformed person. In fact, the optimization and upgrading of agricultural industrial structure is one of the industrial bases of regional urbanization. The development of agricultural industrial clusters based on agricultural industrialization can not only effectively promote the rapid development of regional agriculture and rural economy. It is also an important driving force of regional urbanization. There is a positive interaction between agricultural industrial clusters and urbanization. Hubei Province is a big agricultural province, relying on agricultural industrial clusters to promote the development of urbanization has good resource conditions and industrial basis. Therefore, this paper investigates and analyzes the development of agricultural industrial cluster and urbanization in Hubei Province, tries to study the interactive relationship between agricultural industrial cluster and urbanization in this region, and finds out the reasons for the lack of positive interaction between them. With a view to further promoting the development of agricultural industrial clusters and urbanization in Hubei Province. Based on the above ideas, the paper first analyzes the motive force of the development of agricultural industrial cluster and the development of urbanization, and explains the mechanism of the interactive development of agricultural industrial cluster and urbanization. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the paper analyzes the present situation of agricultural industrial cluster and urbanization in Hubei province, and adopts Eviews6.0 software, cointegration test and Granger causality test. This paper analyzes the relationship between agricultural industrial clusters and urbanization in Hubei Province. The paper further analyzes the restricting factors in the interactive development of agricultural industrial cluster and urbanization in Hubei Province, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to further promote the interactive development between them. The main conclusions of the paper are as follows: (1) the agri-industrial cluster has promoted the formation and development of all the factors needed for urbanization, and thus promoted the development of cities and towns, and put forward higher requirements for the expansion of urban space; At the same time, urbanization provides a spatial geographical carrier for agricultural industrial clusters and is a powerful support for the development of agricultural industrial clusters. Therefore, the two promote each other. (2) the empirical analysis of the relationship between agricultural industrial cluster and urbanization in Hubei Province shows that in the long run, the development of agricultural industrial cluster and urbanization are not independent and mutually promote each other. It's just a different degree of influence. However, in the short term, the increase in the urbanization rate has no obvious benefits for the development of agricultural industrial clusters. At the same time, the development of agricultural industrial cluster has no obvious effect on the increase of urbanization rate. (3) due to the low degree of cluster and the existence of urban-rural dual structure, the interaction between agricultural industrial cluster and urbanization in Hubei Province is insufficient. It also needs to start from the aspects of overall planning, system construction, innovation system construction and policy support to the leading enterprises, so as to promote the positive interaction between the two.
