【摘要】：建國以后,政府為了促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展而實施的“重工輕農(nóng)”的做法,一方面促進(jìn)了我國工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,增強(qiáng)了綜合國力和國際地位,另一方面導(dǎo)致我國城鄉(xiāng)差距日益加大,農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展落后的狀況。現(xiàn)在,國家越來越重視農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村農(nóng)民的發(fā)展,鼓勵農(nóng)村發(fā)展信息化和城鎮(zhèn)化,以提高農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率、繁榮農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)、增加農(nóng)民收入、統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展。農(nóng)村信息化和城鎮(zhèn)化已經(jīng)成為我國解決“三農(nóng)”問題的有效手段,為了更好的發(fā)揮二者在統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展過程中的作用,有必要對兩者之間的互動影響進(jìn)行研究,這也是本文寫作的出發(fā)點和落腳點。 本篇論文主要分為四個部分,第一個部分,簡單介紹論文寫作的目的、意義及國內(nèi)研究現(xiàn)狀,并對農(nóng)村信息化和城鎮(zhèn)化的內(nèi)涵、發(fā)展的任務(wù)、目標(biāo)進(jìn)行了概述。第二部分是分析目前我國農(nóng)村信息化和城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀。第三部分是本文的重點,從經(jīng)濟(jì)、人力資源、物質(zhì)保障、城鄉(xiāng)一體化方面分析了農(nóng)村信息化和城鎮(zhèn)化之間的互動影響,得出的結(jié)論是農(nóng)村信息化和城鎮(zhèn)化既相互促進(jìn),同時相互之間也產(chǎn)生了一些負(fù)面影響,為此必須協(xié)調(diào)二者的發(fā)展,發(fā)揮積極作用,將負(fù)面影響降到最低。第四部分在闡述了農(nóng)村信息化和城鎮(zhèn)化互動影響的基礎(chǔ)上,從制度、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、教育和政府投入幾個方面著手提出協(xié)調(diào)農(nóng)村信息化和城鎮(zhèn)化的策略,以期發(fā)揮二者在促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展中的積極作用。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, the government's practice of "emphasizing industry over agriculture" in order to promote economic development has, on the one hand, promoted the development of China's industrial economy, enhanced its comprehensive national strength and international status, and on the other hand led to a growing gap between urban and rural areas in China. The backward state of rural economic development. At present, the country pays more and more attention to the development of agricultural rural farmers, encourages the rural development of information and urbanization, in order to improve the efficiency of agricultural production, prosperity of rural economy, increase farmers' income, and coordinate the development of urban and rural areas. Rural informatization and urbanization have become an effective means to solve the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". In order to give full play to their role in the process of urban and rural development, it is necessary to study the interaction between them. This is also the starting point and foothold of this paper. This paper is mainly divided into four parts. The first part briefly introduces the purpose, significance and domestic research status of the paper writing, and summarizes the connotation, development task and goal of rural informatization and urbanization. The second part is to analyze the current situation of rural informatization and urbanization construction in China. The third part is the focus of this paper, from the aspects of economy, human resources, material security, urban-rural integration analysis of the interaction between rural informatization and urbanization, the conclusion is that rural informatization and urbanization both promote each other. At the same time, there are some negative effects on each other, so we must coordinate their development, play a positive role and minimize the negative effects. The fourth part, on the basis of expounding the interactive influence of rural informatization and urbanization, puts forward the strategies of coordinating rural informatization and urbanization from the aspects of system, infrastructure, education and government investment. In order to play a positive role in promoting the development of urban and rural integration.
