快遞運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局及評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:隨著全球網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)化的不斷加快發(fā)展,適應(yīng)小批量、多批次、快速、高質(zhì)量服務(wù)的快遞,在全球市場經(jīng)濟(jì)競爭中逐漸發(fā)展壯大?爝f公司的競爭能力更多體現(xiàn)在其運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)的布局上,高效的運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局,不僅可以提高貨物的周轉(zhuǎn)速度,而且可以增加為客戶服務(wù)的區(qū)域覆蓋率,這樣更有利于企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。因此,對快遞企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)布局問題的研究具有重要的理論價(jià)值和實(shí)踐意義。本文以快遞運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局及評(píng)價(jià)為研究對象,在分析國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,對快遞運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局及評(píng)價(jià)的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了綜述,并依據(jù)快遞運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局的特點(diǎn)、原則和影響布局的因素等,重點(diǎn)探討了快遞軸輻式運(yùn)輸布局方法,結(jié)合選址—路徑問題(LRP)理論建立了快遞運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)布局的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并采用遺傳算法對該模型進(jìn)行求解,解決模型求解的復(fù)雜度;同時(shí),為驗(yàn)證布局方法的科學(xué)性和合理性,在分析評(píng)價(jià)要素的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,進(jìn)而結(jié)合基于群組決策的模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法對其評(píng)價(jià);最后,通過算例分析,以驗(yàn)證快遞運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局?jǐn)?shù)學(xué)模型的科學(xué)性、可行性和算法的有效性及評(píng)價(jià)的合理性等。本論文的目的,旨在通過對快遞運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局的基本理論和方法的研究,為現(xiàn)代快遞運(yùn)輸企業(yè)在快遞網(wǎng)點(diǎn)優(yōu)化布局的實(shí)踐中,提供具有更好操作性的理論支撐,同時(shí)也可為其他企業(yè)在相關(guān)網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局研究及實(shí)踐中,提供方法上的借鑒和理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of global network economy, the express delivery of small batch, multiple batches, fast and high quality service has gradually developed in the global market economy competition. The competitive power of express delivery companies is more embodied in the layout of their transport networks. An efficient transportation network layout can not only increase the turnover speed of goods, but also increase the regional coverage rate of serving customers. This is more conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, the research on network node layout of express delivery enterprises has important theoretical value and practical significance. In this paper, the layout and evaluation of express transport network is taken as the research object. On the basis of analyzing the current research situation at home and abroad, the related theories of distribution and evaluation of express transport network are summarized, and the characteristics of the distribution of express transportation network are discussed. This paper mainly discusses the method of express axle and spoke transportation layout, combining with the (LRP) theory of site-path problem, establishes the mathematical model of the node layout of express transportation network, and uses genetic algorithm to solve the model. At the same time, in order to verify the scientific and rationality of the layout method, a comprehensive evaluation index system is established based on the analysis of the evaluation elements. Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on group decision making is used to evaluate it. Finally, the mathematical model of express transportation network layout is verified by example analysis, and the feasibility, validity of algorithm and rationality of evaluation are verified. The purpose of this paper is to provide a more operable theoretical support for modern express transportation enterprises in the practice of optimizing the layout of express outlets through the study of the basic theory and methods of the distribution of express transport outlets. At the same time, it can also provide reference and theoretical guidance for other enterprises in the related network layout research and practice.
