A企業(yè)物流服務(wù)集成商的選擇研究
[Abstract]:With the adjustment of global industrial structure and the shift of manufacturing center of gravity, more and more enterprises choose to outsource their non-core business-logistics to professional logistics companies in order to reduce logistics costs. Logistics Service supply chain (LSSC) is a new mode of supply chain which is formed on the premise of outsourcing logistics business and requiring individualized and integrated service. LSSC integrates the complementary logistics service resources of many enterprises. To provide customers with comprehensive, integrated logistics services. Automobile industry is one of the first industries to implement LSSC management. Enterprise A is a well-known automobile manufacturing enterprise in China. However, its automobile logistics business is scattered, and the car transportation capacity is insufficient. Logistics information communication and lack of logistics professionals can solve these problems effectively by implementing LSSC management and selecting a suitable logistics service integrator. The basic theory of LSSC is further clarified and the definition of LSSC is given. This paper analyzes the structure of LSSC, and expounds in detail the member enterprises of LSSC and their relations. Combined with the characteristics of automobile industry, the formation and structure of automobile LSSC are expounded. In order to solve the problems in automobile logistics of enterprise A in this paper, this paper analyzes the consideration factors of choosing integrator for enterprise A, and constructs the selection index system of logistics service integrator of enterprise A for reference of relevant literature and interview data. The relative importance of each index of the same level is obtained through questionnaire investigation. The three alternative integrators of enterprise A are evaluated by AHP and expert scoring method, which provides the decision basis for the enterprise. The expected effect of selecting integrator in enterprise A is analyzed, and the necessity of choosing integrator in enterprise A is further demonstrated.
