【摘要】：城市宜居性是城市居民最為關(guān)心的主題，也是城市規(guī)劃學(xué)科較長時期以來高度重視的學(xué)術(shù)問題。目前，大家對宜居城市的評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)尚未達(dá)成統(tǒng)一認(rèn)識，因此所建立的評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也是千差萬別。這主要緣于大家對城市宜居性的內(nèi)涵缺乏深刻理解，對影響城市宜居性的諸多因素尚未達(dá)成共識，各個因素對城市宜居性的影響力大小的判斷也有較大差異。因此，探索城市宜居性的影響因素，是我們研究宜居城市的第一步，也是最重要的一步。 信陽，能在宜居城市評價中躋身全國前十，且排名連年上升，這一現(xiàn)象本身就十分值得關(guān)注。因此，本文總結(jié)諸學(xué)者的研究成果，從要點和熱點出發(fā)，將城市宜居性的影響因素歸納為公共安全、生活質(zhì)量、生態(tài)環(huán)境、交通、消費市場和社會氛圍這六個方面，構(gòu)建了理論模型，并提出了相應(yīng)假設(shè)。設(shè)計了“關(guān)于信陽城市宜居性影響因素的調(diào)查問卷”，對信陽市居民的主觀感受進(jìn)行了社會調(diào)查。為了在研究中能夠?qū)⒅饔^評價與客觀評價，定性分析與定量分析更好的結(jié)合，本文引入結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析方法，以城市居民主觀評價調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)，把城市宜居性與各影響因素之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行定量化處理。進(jìn)而，以此為依據(jù)，為信陽市未來宜居城市建設(shè)提出了相應(yīng)的對策與建議。 本文主要分7部分對信陽城市宜居性影響因素進(jìn)行研究，具體內(nèi)容如下： 第一部分為緒論，主要寫研究背景、目的和意義，研究的主要方法和技術(shù)路線，本文的章節(jié)安排與創(chuàng)新點。 第二部分為國內(nèi)外研究綜述，主要寫國內(nèi)外對城市宜居性的研究進(jìn)展，對比分析國內(nèi)外研究的不同，提出了關(guān)于城市宜居性研究新的思考。 第三部分寫城市宜居性影響因素理論模型的構(gòu)建過程，其中包括構(gòu)建理論模型的技術(shù)支撐和城市宜居性影響因素的理論分析。 第四部分為本研究的社會調(diào)查部分，主要寫調(diào)查問卷的開發(fā)過程，以及問卷數(shù)據(jù)的前期分析。 第五部分為本文的核心內(nèi)容，運用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析方法，，對各影響因素與城市宜居性之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析與解讀。 第六部分結(jié)合第五部分內(nèi)容，對信陽市未來宜居城市建設(shè)提出相應(yīng)的對策與建議 第七部分為本文的研究結(jié)論、研究不足與展望，歸納了本文的研究結(jié)論，指出了當(dāng)前研究的不足之處和未來研究的方向。
[Abstract]:Urban livability is the most concerned topic of urban residents, and it is also an academic issue attached great importance to in the discipline of urban planning for a long time. At present, the evaluation standards of livable cities have not reached a unified understanding, so the evaluation criteria are also very different. This is mainly due to the lack of deep understanding of the connotation of urban livability, the lack of consensus on many factors affecting urban livability, and the difference in the judgment of the influence of each factor on urban livability. Therefore, exploring the influencing factors of livable city is the first and most important step to study livable city. Xinyang can rank in the top ten of the country in the evaluation of livable cities and rise year after year. This phenomenon itself is worth paying close attention to. Therefore, this paper summarizes the research results of various scholars and concludes the influencing factors of livability in cities as public safety, quality of life, ecological environment, transportation, consumer market and social atmosphere from the point of view of the main points and hot spots. The theoretical model is constructed and the corresponding assumptions are put forward. This paper designed a questionnaire on the factors affecting livability in Xinyang city and conducted a social survey on the subjective feelings of Xinyang residents. In order to combine subjective evaluation with objective evaluation, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, this paper introduces the structural equation model analysis method, which is based on the survey data of the subjective evaluation of urban residents. The relationship between livability of city and various influencing factors is treated quantitatively. On the basis of this, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the future construction of livable city in Xinyang City. This paper is divided into seven parts to study the influencing factors of livability in Xinyang city. The main contents are as follows: the first part is the introduction, mainly about the background, purpose and significance of the research, the main methods and technical route of the research. Chapter arrangement and innovation of this paper. The second part is a summary of domestic and foreign research, mainly describes the domestic and foreign research progress on urban livability, compares and analyzes the differences between domestic and foreign research, and puts forward a new thinking on the study of urban livability. The third part describes the process of constructing the theoretical model of the influencing factors of urban livability, including the technical support of constructing the theoretical model and the theoretical analysis of the influencing factors of urban livability. The fourth part is the social survey of this study, mainly writing the development of the questionnaire, and the preliminary analysis of the questionnaire data. The fifth part is the core of this paper, using the structural equation model analysis method to analyze and interpret the relationship between the influencing factors and urban livability. The sixth part combines the fifth part content, puts forward the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion to the Xinyang city future livable city construction. The seventh part is the research conclusion, the research insufficiency and the prospect, has summarized the research conclusion of this article. The deficiency of current research and the direction of future research are pointed out.
