多級(jí)冷鏈物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著人們生活水平不斷提高,冷鏈產(chǎn)品越來(lái)越受到人們的青睞,這在一定程度上加速了冷鏈物流的發(fā)展,但是我國(guó)冷鏈物流起步較晚,較其他發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家仍有很大差距。我國(guó)冷鏈物流運(yùn)行機(jī)制不健全、物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施設(shè)備落后、人員專業(yè)水平參差不齊等一系列問(wèn)題阻礙著其發(fā)展,導(dǎo)致冷鏈物流成本高、資源利用率低,所以構(gòu)建一個(gè)和諧的能良好運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的冷鏈物流網(wǎng)絡(luò),運(yùn)用相關(guān)技術(shù)進(jìn)行冷鏈物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的分析和優(yōu)化,具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文針對(duì)的是多生產(chǎn)地多物流中心多客戶組成的多級(jí)冷鏈物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng),根據(jù)湖北省實(shí)際案例,解決了基于遺傳算法的多級(jí)冷鏈物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)各節(jié)點(diǎn)選擇指派關(guān)系的布局優(yōu)化問(wèn)題。 首先本文在閱讀大量文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,概括了冷鏈物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)、利用自組織理論對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)冷鏈物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的研究現(xiàn)狀,并確定了研究思路和研究?jī)?nèi)容。 其次在闡述了物流中心選址的相關(guān)理論知識(shí)后,結(jié)合湖北省實(shí)際情況,選擇出7個(gè)備選物流中心地址,以成本最小化為目的建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,利用遺傳算法對(duì)7個(gè)備選方案進(jìn)行選址,最終確定武漢白沙洲農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品大市場(chǎng)、漢口北四季美農(nóng)貿(mào)城、孝感南大市場(chǎng)和隨州市長(zhǎng)佳冷鏈物流園的總費(fèi)用較低,是建立冷鏈物流中心的較優(yōu)地址,具有較好的社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 最后在對(duì)遺傳算法的概念、特點(diǎn)、基本思想和求解步驟分析總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)湖北省冷鏈物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,利用遺傳算法,結(jié)合MATLAB遺傳算法工具箱編程求解,得出多級(jí)冷鏈物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)各節(jié)點(diǎn)的指派關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standard, cold chain products are more and more popular, which accelerates the development of cold chain logistics to a certain extent, but the cold chain logistics in our country starts late and still has a big gap compared with other developed countries. A series of problems, such as imperfect operation mechanism of cold chain logistics, backward equipment of logistics infrastructure and uneven professional level of personnel, hinder its development, resulting in high cost of cold chain logistics and low utilization rate of resources. Therefore, it is of practical significance to construct a harmonious cold-chain logistics network and analyze and optimize the cold-chain logistics network by using relevant technologies. This paper aims at the multi-level cold chain logistics network system which is composed of multi-production places, multi-logistics centers and multi-customers. According to the actual case of Hubei Province, the problem of layout optimization of the selection and assignment relationship between nodes of multi-level cold chain logistics network based on genetic algorithm is solved. First of all, based on reading a lot of literature, this paper generalizes the basic knowledge of cold chain logistics network, analyzes the system by using self-organization theory, and summarizes the research status of cold chain logistics network at home and abroad. And determined the research ideas and research content. Secondly, after expounding the relevant theoretical knowledge of logistics center location, combined with the actual situation in Hubei Province, seven alternative logistics center addresses are selected, and the mathematical model is established for the purpose of minimizing the cost. By using genetic algorithm to select the location of seven alternative schemes, the total cost of Wuhan Baishazhou agricultural and sideline product market, Hankou North Seasons American Agriculture and Trade City, Xiaogan Nanda Market and Changjia Cold chain Logistics Park of Suizhou City is determined. Cold chain logistics center is the best location, with good social and economic benefits. Finally, based on the analysis and summary of the concept, characteristics, basic ideas and solving steps of genetic algorithm, the mathematical model of cold chain logistics network layout in Hubei Province is established, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem with MATLAB genetic algorithm toolbox. The assignment relationship of each node in multistage cold chain logistics network is obtained.
