面向汽車企業(yè)包裝器具的物流管理研究

【摘要】:在當(dāng)今現(xiàn)代化的汽車工業(yè)領(lǐng)域,生產(chǎn)提前期的步伐節(jié)奏變得尤為緊湊,這對(duì)汽車制造供應(yīng)鏈上的零部件物流管理提出了更加精益的要求。汽車企業(yè)使用的包裝器具作為汽車零部件流通的主要載體,其使用類型和物流管理對(duì)生產(chǎn)物料流通的效率、成本等有著直接影響。從汽車企業(yè)物料傳統(tǒng)的包裝營運(yùn)模式來看,有的供應(yīng)商交付物料使用的包裝仍然是一次性的原包裝,有的供應(yīng)商對(duì)同一零件還使用不同規(guī)格的物流包裝器具供貨,需要翻包裝后送入客戶工廠。零件使用完成后的一次性包裝將會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榇罅康膹U棄物。對(duì)于物料消耗后的包裝器具,因?yàn)槿狈τ行У幕厥展芾眢w系,造成企業(yè)頻繁地遺失包裝器具而源源不斷地通過再次采購填補(bǔ)空缺。為此,汽車企業(yè)的物料供應(yīng)鏈中經(jīng)常因?yàn)榘b器具跟不上生產(chǎn)需求的節(jié)奏,導(dǎo)致物料交期滯后。同時(shí),還付出了存儲(chǔ)空間、設(shè)備和人工作業(yè)量不斷增加的代價(jià)。因此,汽車企業(yè)包裝器具的應(yīng)用與物流管理研究是非常重要的。本論文面向汽車企業(yè)包裝器具的物流管理為研究方向,運(yùn)用理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合的研究方法。首先,在了解國內(nèi)外包裝器具在汽車企業(yè)應(yīng)用管理的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理;其次,通過對(duì)UA汽車公司包裝器具物流管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入地調(diào)研分析后,從系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化的角度出發(fā),提出包裝器具管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化;再次,利用信息采集技術(shù)方法,分析管理系統(tǒng)中必要的完成要素,建立包裝器具物流管理系統(tǒng)跟蹤料箱料架的運(yùn)作。最后,對(duì)包裝器具運(yùn)輸管理提出集中配送與循環(huán)取貨的優(yōu)化模型,通過運(yùn)用證實(shí)模型的有效性和實(shí)用性。本文的研究結(jié)果可為汽車企業(yè)包裝器具的供應(yīng)鏈管理優(yōu)化提供借鑒,以及為提高汽車企業(yè)包裝器具利用率和改善物流服務(wù)質(zhì)量而采取改進(jìn)指南。
[Abstract]:In the field of modern automobile industry, the pace of production lead time becomes particularly compact, which puts forward a more lean requirement for the logistics management of parts and components in automobile manufacturing supply chain. As the main carrier of automobile parts circulation, the packaging equipment used in automobile enterprises has a direct influence on the efficiency and cost of production material circulation. Judging from the traditional packaging operation mode of automobile enterprise materials, some suppliers still use one-off packaging to deliver materials, and some suppliers supply different kinds of logistics packaging equipment to the same parts. Need to flip the packaging and send to the customer factory. The disposable packaging of the parts will be converted into a large amount of waste after the use of the parts. For packaging equipment after material consumption, because of the lack of effective recycling management system, enterprises frequently lose packaging equipment and continue to fill the vacancy through re-procurement. For this reason, the material supply chain of automobile enterprises often lags behind due to the fact that packaging equipment can not keep up with the production demand. At the same time, it also pays the cost of increasing storage space, equipment and manual work. Therefore, the application of packaging equipment and logistics management is very important. This paper aims at the logistics management of packaging equipment in automobile enterprises, and applies the research method of combining theory with practice. First of all, on the basis of understanding the domestic and foreign packaging appliance application management in automobile enterprises, combing the research literature; secondly, through in-depth investigation and analysis of the current situation of packaging appliance logistics management in UA Automobile Company, From the point of view of system optimization, the standardization of packaging equipment management is put forward. Thirdly, by using the method of information collection technology, the essential elements of the management system are analyzed, and the operation of the packaging equipment logistics management system tracking material box is established. Finally, the optimization model of centralized distribution and recycling of goods is put forward for the transportation management of packaging equipment, and the validity and practicability of the model are proved by application. The results of this paper can be used for reference for the optimization of supply chain management of packaging appliances in automobile enterprises, and for improving the utilization ratio of packaging appliances and the quality of logistics services in automobile enterprises.
