【摘要】：隨著我們國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)改革影響力的不斷擴(kuò)大和深化,增加我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的管理力度是非常重要的也是十分有必要的。自從我們國(guó)家改革開放以來,我們國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)體制已經(jīng)經(jīng)歷了很多次的改革創(chuàng)新。這種改變是順應(yīng)國(guó)家發(fā)展必然要經(jīng)過的改革,這不僅僅影響了第十八次三中全會(huì)提出的要求,還可以完善我們國(guó)家現(xiàn)有的經(jīng)濟(jì)體制,并且不斷改進(jìn)其中存在的問題,幫助明確我們國(guó)家總的經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展方向,也在無形中幫助我們國(guó)家適應(yīng)不斷改進(jìn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)市場(chǎng)的變化。具體的實(shí)行方法有以下幾點(diǎn):一是大力發(fā)展政府的管理方法,一定要將提出的管理?xiàng)l例進(jìn)行落實(shí);二是對(duì)以國(guó)有資本運(yùn)營(yíng)的公司為主進(jìn)行整體改制,率先發(fā)展;三是讓國(guó)有企業(yè)的發(fā)展重點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)變到企業(yè)的模式。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion and deepening of the influence of our country's economic reform, it is very important and necessary to increase the management of our country's economic system. Since our country's reform and opening up, our country's economic system has gone through many times of reform and innovation. This change is in line with the reform that the country must undergo in its development. This not only affected the requirements put forward by the third Plenary session of the 18th Central Committee, but also improved the existing economic system of our country and constantly improved the existing problems therein. Help to define the direction of our country's overall economic development, but also help our country to adapt to the ever-improving economic market changes. The specific implementation methods are as follows: first, to vigorously develop the government management methods, we must put the proposed management regulations into practice; second, to carry out the overall restructuring of companies with state-owned capital operations, and to take the lead in development; Third, let the development focus of state-owned enterprises change to the mode of enterprises.
