【摘要】：隨著國際貿(mào)易的發(fā)展,港口的功能越來越豐富,港口物流因?yàn)閷?duì)周邊物流活動(dòng)的輻射能力也越來越受到重視,在港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的大背景下,中心港口城市只有不斷提升港口物流競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力才能立于不敗之地。論文將港口物流競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理解為吸引貨流的能力和吸引資源積聚的能力,并從這兩個(gè)角度出發(fā)研究上海港口物流競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的影響因素,論文從現(xiàn)有的文獻(xiàn)出發(fā),以波特的鉆石模型為基礎(chǔ),通過定性和定量相結(jié)合的方法分析研究上海港口物流競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的影響因素,得出港口物流集疏運(yùn)能力、港口物流運(yùn)作效率和港口物流環(huán)境條件是影響上海港口物流的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要因素,這三個(gè)影響因素的影響力依次減弱,上海港在第一個(gè)影響因素上存在優(yōu)勢(shì),在后兩個(gè)影響因素上表現(xiàn)較弱,最后根據(jù)上海港口物流競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)提出相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of international trade, the function of port becomes more and more abundant, and port logistics is paid more and more attention to because of its radiation ability to the surrounding logistics activities. Under the background of the increasingly fierce competition of the port, The central port city can be in an invincible position only by continuously improving the competitiveness of port logistics. In this paper, the competitiveness of port logistics is understood as the ability to attract goods flow and attract the accumulation of resources, and from these two angles, the paper studies the influencing factors of Shanghai port logistics competitiveness. Based on Porter's diamond model, this paper analyzes and studies the influencing factors of Shanghai port logistics competitiveness through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, and obtains the port logistics collecting and distributing ability. The operational efficiency of port logistics and the environmental conditions of port logistics are the important factors that affect the competitiveness of Shanghai port logistics. The last two influencing factors are weak. Finally, according to the advantages and disadvantages of Shanghai port logistics competitiveness, the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
