【摘要】：我國(guó)目前已將城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展作為國(guó)家發(fā)展的重大戰(zhàn)略,這是基于我國(guó)基本國(guó)情作出的重大決策。推進(jìn)就地城鎮(zhèn)化是城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的有效途徑,是新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略支點(diǎn)。作為國(guó)家唯一的農(nóng)業(yè)高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)示范區(qū),楊凌示范區(qū)在推進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展方面做出了積極探索,提出了就地發(fā)展城鎮(zhèn)化的路徑,通過(guò)農(nóng)業(yè)就地產(chǎn)業(yè)化轉(zhuǎn)變農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),通過(guò)農(nóng)村就地社區(qū)化轉(zhuǎn)變農(nóng)村社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu),通過(guò)農(nóng)民就地職業(yè)化轉(zhuǎn)變農(nóng)村就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),三化驅(qū)動(dòng)形成了楊凌示范區(qū)三農(nóng)融合發(fā)展的就地城鎮(zhèn)化模式。
[Abstract]:The development of urbanization has been regarded as a major strategy of national development in China, which is a major decision based on the basic conditions of our country. Promoting local urbanization is an effective way to coordinate the development of urban and rural areas, and is the strategic fulcrum of new urbanization development. As the only agricultural high-tech industry demonstration area in the country, the Yang Ling demonstration area has made active exploration in promoting the development of urban-rural integration, put forward the path of local development and urbanization, and transformed the rural industrial structure through the local agricultural industrialization. Through the transformation of the rural social structure in the local community and the transformation of the rural employment structure through the local professionalization of the peasants, the local urbanization model of the integration of agriculture, rural areas and farmers in the Yang Ling demonstration area is formed.
