【摘要】：鐵路專用產(chǎn)品的運(yùn)用試用考核是國(guó)際通行的普遍做法,也是我國(guó)鐵路一直以來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)產(chǎn)品使用適應(yīng)性的有效方法。通過分析國(guó)內(nèi)外鐵路產(chǎn)品運(yùn)用試用考核的要求及做法,提出鐵路專用產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證過程中的運(yùn)用試用考核實(shí)施方案。同時(shí),針對(duì)目前運(yùn)用試用考核存在的問題提出運(yùn)用考核對(duì)認(rèn)證產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制修訂的需求,并提出運(yùn)用試用考核大綱編制、結(jié)果判定和最終考核評(píng)價(jià)等實(shí)施建議。
[Abstract]:The application test of special railway products is a common practice in the world and an effective method to evaluate the adaptability of the products in our country. Based on the analysis of the requirements and practices of the trial assessment of railway products at home and abroad, this paper puts forward a scheme for the application of trial assessment in the process of certification of railway special products. At the same time, in view of the problems existing in the application of trial assessment at present, the paper puts forward the need for the revision of the standard system of certified products by using the assessment, and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of the application of the outline of trial assessment, the result judgment and the final assessment.
