【摘要】：自20世紀(jì)80年代現(xiàn)代物流理論引入中國(guó),歷經(jīng)幾十年的發(fā)展,我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)物流有了長(zhǎng)足的進(jìn)步,但冷鏈物流作為一種新的物流形態(tài),在我國(guó)仍處于起步階段。作為連接乳制品生產(chǎn)廠家和零售商的中心樞紐,乳制品冷鏈物流配送中心在對(duì)于確保其供應(yīng)量和質(zhì)量安全上起著關(guān)鍵性作用,所以對(duì)其配送中心進(jìn)行合理的選址極為重要。本文首先從物流配送選址及冷鏈物流配送選址的研究現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),闡述了對(duì)冷鏈物流配送中心選址進(jìn)行研究的目的和意義；其次介紹了冷鏈物流和物流配送中心選址的有關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),并根據(jù)實(shí)際情況歸納了物流配送中心常見的選址方法；第三,以淮安市KL乳制品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其冷鏈物流配送中心選址的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行扼要說明,并對(duì)該企業(yè)目前存在的問題進(jìn)行分析；第四,建立KL生產(chǎn)企業(yè)冷鏈物流配送中心的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),并對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行模型設(shè)計(jì),確定四個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)和十個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)；最后,運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)五個(gè)備選地址評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)估,利用最大隸屬原則得出合理結(jié)果,選出最佳地點(diǎn)作為KL乳制品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的冷鏈物流配送中心。該研究的主要貢獻(xiàn)有以下幾點(diǎn)：第一,結(jié)合KL乳制品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)實(shí)際情況,對(duì)影響其物流配送中心選址的因素進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)今后KL企業(yè)物流配送中心的發(fā)展提供科學(xué)依據(jù)；第二,根據(jù)冷鏈物流的特征和KL企業(yè)選址的影響因素,研究并構(gòu)建了KL企業(yè)冷鏈物流配送中心選址的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)選址評(píng)價(jià)模型進(jìn)行科學(xué)的設(shè)計(jì)；第三,根據(jù)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)五個(gè)備選地址進(jìn)行評(píng)估,得出評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,選出合適的備選方案作為KL企業(yè)冷鏈物流配送中心的地址,使得建成后的KL企業(yè)冷鏈物流配送中心達(dá)到最大化效益。
[Abstract]:Since the modern logistics theory was introduced into China in the 1980s, after decades of development, China's traditional logistics has made great progress, but as a new logistics form, cold chain logistics is still in its infancy in China. As a central hub connecting dairy manufacturers and retailers, the cold chain distribution center of dairy products plays a key role in ensuring its supply and quality safety, so it is very important to select a reasonable location for its distribution center. In this paper, the purpose and significance of the research on the location of cold chain logistics distribution center are expounded from the research status of logistics distribution location and cold chain logistics distribution location. Secondly, it introduces the theoretical basis of cold chain logistics and logistics distribution center location, and summarizes the common location methods of logistics distribution center according to the actual situation. Thirdly, taking Huai'an KL dairy products production enterprise as the research object, The current situation of cold chain logistics distribution center location is briefly explained, and the existing problems of the enterprise are analyzed. Fourthly, the evaluation index of cold chain logistics distribution center of KL production enterprise is established, and the evaluation index is designed. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the five alternative address evaluation index system, and the maximum membership principle is used to obtain the reasonable results. Select the best location as the cold chain distribution center of KL dairy production enterprises. The main contributions of this study are as follows: first, combined with the actual situation of KL dairy production enterprises, the factors affecting the location of logistics distribution center are analyzed to provide the scientific basis for the development of KL enterprise logistics distribution center in the future. According to the characteristics of cold chain logistics and the influencing factors of KL enterprise location, the evaluation index system of cold chain logistics distribution center location of KL enterprise is studied and constructed, and the scientific design of location evaluation model is carried out. According to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the five alternative addresses are evaluated, and the evaluation results are obtained, and the appropriate alternative scheme is selected as the address of the cold chain logistics distribution center of KL enterprise. After the completion of the KL enterprise cold chain logistics distribution center to maximize benefits.
