【摘要】：隨著城市化進(jìn)程的加快，國內(nèi)外學(xué)者也加快了對(duì)城市的研究，內(nèi)容涵蓋各個(gè)學(xué)科，涉及城市的內(nèi)涵、城市化的內(nèi)涵、城市發(fā)展階段、城市空間、城市史、城市規(guī)劃、城市形態(tài)、城市文化等方方面面的研究。不同學(xué)科、不同角度對(duì)城市的研究豐富了我們的視角，加深了我們對(duì)城市的深入了解和認(rèn)識(shí)。 城市發(fā)展階段理論是城市研究的重要思想支撐，縱向來看，城市發(fā)展具有普遍性，都?xì)v經(jīng)了城市產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展的過程，但橫向來看，不同文明、不同地域的城市發(fā)展并不同步，所處的發(fā)展階段具有很大的差異性，呈現(xiàn)多層次狀態(tài)。20世紀(jì)50年代以來，有關(guān)城市發(fā)展階段的研究逐漸增多，，但不同學(xué)科不同角度的切入使得對(duì)城市發(fā)展的一般規(guī)律或趨勢(shì)很難形成共識(shí)，需要進(jìn)行歸類研究，透過某一視角洞察形成一般化認(rèn)識(shí)。本文運(yùn)用歷史唯物主義研究方法，從經(jīng)濟(jì)視角切入，對(duì)城市發(fā)展進(jìn)行邏輯化梳理，形成對(duì)城市發(fā)展的規(guī)律或趨勢(shì)的一般化認(rèn)識(shí)，具有重要的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義。 本文正文分五個(gè)章節(jié)進(jìn)行研究。首先，用兩章內(nèi)容分別梳理城市發(fā)展階段理論和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展階段理論研究，為后文從經(jīng)濟(jì)視角對(duì)城市發(fā)展進(jìn)行邏輯化梳理提供理論基礎(chǔ)；然后，第三、四章在理論闡述尤其是對(duì)羅斯托的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長階段理論和貝爾的后工業(yè)社會(huì)理論重點(diǎn)闡述的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)城市發(fā)展階段進(jìn)行定位劃分，并分別描述各個(gè)階段城市的人口規(guī)模、生活方式、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、空間布局等特征。最后，第五章闡述了本文研究所具有的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義，并分別以杭州和上海為例，借助兩個(gè)理論對(duì)這兩個(gè)城市的發(fā)展階段進(jìn)行分析和界定，并進(jìn)行一定的預(yù)測(cè)。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization, scholars at home and abroad have also accelerated the study of cities, covering various disciplines, including the connotation of cities, the connotation of urbanization, the stages of urban development, urban space, urban history, urban planning, urban forms, and so on. Urban culture and other aspects of the study. The study of cities from different disciplines and angles enriches our perspectives and deepens our understanding of cities. The theory of stage of urban development is an important ideological support of urban research. From the vertical point of view, urban development is universal and has gone through the process of urban generation and development, but horizontally, the urban development of different civilizations and different regions is not synchronized. The stage of development in which there is a great difference, showing a multi-level state. Since the 1950s, the research on the stage of urban development has gradually increased. However, different disciplines and different angles make it difficult to form a consensus on the general laws or trends of urban development, which need to be classified and studied to form a general understanding through a certain perspective. This paper applies historical materialism research method, from the economic angle of view, carries on the logical comb to the city development, forms the general understanding to the urban development law or the tendency, has the important theory significance and the practice significance. This paper is divided into five chapters. First of all, combing the theory of the stage of urban development and the stage of economic development with the content of two chapters respectively, to provide the theoretical basis for the logical combing of urban development from the economic perspective. On the basis of the theoretical elaboration, especially the economic growth stage theory of Rostow and Bell's post-industrial society theory, the four chapters define the stage of urban development, and describe the population scale of each stage. Lifestyle, industrial structure, spatial layout and other characteristics. Finally, the fifth chapter describes the theoretical and practical significance of this study, and takes Hangzhou and Shanghai as examples, with the help of two theories to analyze and define the development stage of these two cities, and make certain prediction.
