【摘要】：正中國正處在一個關鍵的歷史節(jié)點。中共十八屆五中全會所討論的"十三五"規(guī)劃涉及的2016—2020年,在中華民族5000年的文明史上,雖然只占千分之一,卻是具有界標意義的五年。在這五年中,中國將實現2000多年前《禮記·禮運篇》曾朦朧描繪過、而由中共十六大賦予科學內涵的"全面建成小康社會"的目標。我在一篇文章中,曾以"繼往者之業(yè)績,開來者之新局"來概括"十三五"規(guī)劃期這一決勝階段的特征�！吨泄仓醒腙P于制定國民經濟和社會發(fā)
[Abstract]:China is at a crucial historical juncture. The 13th Five-Year Plan, which was discussed in the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, covers the period of 2016-2020, although it only accounts for 1/1000 years in the history of civilization of the Chinese nation for 5000 years, but it is a five year of landmark significance. In these five years, China will realize the goal of "building a well-off society in an all-round way", which was described vaguely more than 2000 years ago and endowed with scientific connotations by the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
