【摘要】：改革開放以來，城市群的發(fā)展越來越成為中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重中之重，據(jù)此城市群空間范圍的界定顯得尤為重要。只有更精細(xì)、更合理地對(duì)城市群的空間范圍進(jìn)行探討，才能對(duì)城市群進(jìn)行定位和制定城市群發(fā)展規(guī)劃，促進(jìn)城市群更健康有序的發(fā)展。 首先，梳理分析有關(guān)城市群研究背景、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及基于縣域尺度的城市群研究文獻(xiàn)，為進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行城市群空間范圍的界定做好準(zhǔn)備。 其次，提出城市群劃分的前提假設(shè),選取城市群劃分的模型和方法,包括聚類分析、引力模型和經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系強(qiáng)度模型，根據(jù)聚類分析的要求選取全國4個(gè)直轄市、21個(gè)省份的291個(gè)地級(jí)市的共8項(xiàng)規(guī)模指標(biāo)和比例指標(biāo)，進(jìn)行樣本的聚類分析。 再次，，運(yùn)用聚類分析法根據(jù)選定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)樣本城市進(jìn)行聚類，從樣本城市中聚類出91個(gè)城市，并從中最終選出35個(gè)潛在核心城市，然后以核心城市為原點(diǎn)考察不同引力半徑下的城市的平均吸引力，并根據(jù)引力半徑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行城市群劃分。 最后，對(duì)城市群空間界定過程中的重合地域和盲點(diǎn)區(qū)域，從地級(jí)市域尺度、縣域尺度上精確入手進(jìn)行引力值和經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系強(qiáng)度值的比較分析，將中國劃分為17個(gè)城市群，最終界定城市群的空間引力邊界的最終結(jié)果。在此基礎(chǔ)上，分地區(qū)對(duì)各城市群的核心城市的發(fā)展和提高其與周圍城市的聯(lián)系強(qiáng)度提出相應(yīng)政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the development of urban agglomeration has become the most important part of China's economic development. Only by discussing the spatial range of urban agglomeration more accurately and reasonably can we make the development plan of urban agglomeration and promote the healthy and orderly development of urban agglomeration. Firstly, the background of urban agglomeration research, the current research situation at home and abroad and the research literature of urban agglomeration based on county scale are analyzed to prepare for the further definition of urban agglomeration spatial scope. Secondly, the presupposition of urban agglomeration is put forward, and the models and methods of urban agglomeration are selected, including cluster analysis, gravity model and economic connection intensity model. According to the requirements of cluster analysis, 8 indexes of scale and proportion of 291 prefectural cities in 21 provinces and 4 municipalities directly under the Central Government were selected for cluster analysis. Thirdly, using cluster analysis to cluster the sample cities according to the selected criteria, we cluster 91 cities from the sample cities, and finally select 35 potential core cities from the sample cities. Then the average attraction of cities with different gravitational radii is investigated with the core cities as the origin, and the urban agglomeration is divided according to the criteria of gravity radius. Finally, the overlap region and blind spot area in the process of defining urban agglomeration space are compared and analyzed from the scale of prefectural city area and county area, and the value of gravity and economic connection intensity are compared and analyzed, and China is divided into 17 urban agglomerations. The final result of defining the spatial gravitational boundary of urban agglomeration. On this basis, the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward for the development of the core cities of the urban agglomeration and the improvement of the contact intensity between the core cities and the surrounding cities.
