【摘要】：食物是人類生活的必需品,食品安全關系到國民的健康與幸福,維持著國家的富足與強盛。改革開放以來,城鎮(zhèn)化進程加快,推進了農業(yè)和食品加工業(yè)一體化進程,針對鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)食品安全現(xiàn)狀與監(jiān)管的研究顯得愈發(fā)重要。本文將以湖南省沅江市三眼塘鎮(zhèn)為例,通過對該鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)食品安全現(xiàn)狀進行調查研究,剖析其在生產、銷售和儲存等方面存在的安全隱患,并對解決威脅鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)食品安全的問題、優(yōu)化鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)食品安全監(jiān)管提供相應對策。
[Abstract]:Food is a necessity of human life, food safety is related to the health and happiness of the nation, maintaining the prosperity and prosperity of the country. Since the reform and opening up, the process of urbanization has been accelerated, and the integration of agriculture and food processing industry has been promoted. The research on the present situation and supervision of food safety in villages and towns has become more and more important. Taking Sanchangtang Town, Yuanjiang City, Hunan Province as an example, through the investigation and research on the present situation of food safety in this township, the hidden dangers in production, sale and storage are analyzed, and the problems threatening the food safety in villages and towns are solved. Optimize the township food safety supervision to provide the corresponding countermeasures.
