汽車零部件精益物流中的時間研究

【摘要】:汽車產業(yè)的高速發(fā)展給汽車零部件物流的發(fā)展帶來了機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。精益物流模式是汽車零部件物流的代表性模式之一,然而在實踐中精益物流模式的應用并未取得預想效果,關于精益物流是否過時、如何實施的疑問接踵而來。 本文在研究汽車零部件物流的發(fā)展特點、精益物流的發(fā)展歷史、精益物流的研究現(xiàn)狀等基礎上,結合多年實踐經(jīng)驗,提出精益物流的時間理論。精益物流的時間理論包括節(jié)拍時間、循環(huán)時間、周期時間,而圍繞精益物流的時間展開的準時化活動則是精益物流的核心競爭力。 接下來,本文從精益物流流程的供應商備貨環(huán)節(jié)、外部物流中繼和運輸環(huán)節(jié)、內部物流作業(yè)和庫存環(huán)節(jié)、零部件和車輛契合環(huán)節(jié)分別進行論述,具體分析了準時化活動的切入點、方式方法、效果。這種效果不僅包括庫存的降低、場地面積的減少、基材的減少、人員工時的減少,更主要的體現(xiàn)在提高供需靈敏度和貢獻現(xiàn)金流方面。關于精益物流的財務價值,本文進一步通過時間成本論的收益性評價指標和潛在利潤來證明精益物流的時間理論不僅帶來了時間價值,更為提高成本競爭力提供了充分條件。 文章的最后,通過精益物流的時間理論案例,分別說明了準時化活動不僅在日常業(yè)務中能帶來交貨期、成本、品質水平的提高,也能在供需改善中滿足生產的變動需求、以及對市場的靈活對應,在市場競爭中占得先機。進而得出結論為精益物流的應用應以時間為切入點,推行準時化活動,追求精準的節(jié)拍時間,高效的循環(huán)時間,更短的周期時間。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of automobile industry brings opportunities and challenges to the development of automobile parts logistics. Lean logistics model is one of the representative models of automobile parts logistics. However, the application of lean logistics model has not achieved the desired results in practice. The question about whether lean logistics is out of date and how to implement it follows one after another. On the basis of studying the development characteristics of automobile parts logistics, the history of lean logistics and the present situation of lean logistics, this paper puts forward the time theory of lean logistics based on many years' practical experience. The time theory of lean logistics includes beat time, cycle time and cycle time, and the just-in-time activities around the time of lean logistics are the core competitiveness of lean logistics. Then, this paper discusses the logistics process of lean logistics from the supplier to stock link, external logistics relay and transportation links, internal logistics operations and inventory links, parts and vehicle fit link, respectively. The breakthrough point, method and effect of just-in-time activities are analyzed in detail. This effect includes not only the reduction of inventory, the decrease of site area, the decrease of base material and the decrease of man-hour, but also the improvement of the sensitivity of supply and demand and the contribution of cash flow. With regard to the financial value of lean logistics, this paper further proves that the time theory of lean logistics not only brings time value, but also provides sufficient conditions to improve the cost competitiveness through the profit evaluation index and potential profit of time cost theory. Finally, through the time theory cases of lean logistics, it is shown that just-in-time activities can not only bring about the improvement of delivery time, cost and quality level in daily business, but also meet the changing demand of production in the improvement of supply and demand. And the flexible response to the market, in the market competition to occupy the first opportunity. The conclusion is that the application of Lean logistics should take time as the breakthrough point, carry out just-in-time activities, pursue precise beat time, efficient cycle time and shorter cycle time.
