【摘要】:定崗定編是人力資源規(guī)劃的基礎(chǔ),崗位編制是否合理對(duì)于公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)效果乃至戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)都有相當(dāng)大的影響。本文針對(duì)目前X物業(yè)公司在發(fā)展中存在的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、業(yè)務(wù)流程以及崗位設(shè)置等不合理的現(xiàn)狀,判斷目前的定編定崗已經(jīng)不適應(yīng)公司戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),故對(duì)X公司的人力資源定編定崗定員進(jìn)行研究。這對(duì)于公司的人力資源管理及戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)具有重要意義。 本文首先指出了目前物業(yè)管理發(fā)展的背景,提出了為什么要做人力資源管理定崗定編這一方向的研究。其次,通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)查、人員訪(fǎng)談、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查等方法,對(duì)X物業(yè)公司的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析和研究,結(jié)果指出,在組織結(jié)構(gòu)方面直線(xiàn)職能式的組織模式已不能適應(yīng)公司的發(fā)展,在業(yè)務(wù)流程方面,不規(guī)范的流程體系難以滿(mǎn)足公司內(nèi)部制度的需要,在人力資源定崗定編方面,由于缺乏科學(xué)的工具和方法,存在嚴(yán)重缺編等問(wèn)題。接著,,針對(duì)以上出現(xiàn)的各種問(wèn)題,X物業(yè)公司試圖找出解決方案:對(duì)組織結(jié)構(gòu)按照適合公司發(fā)展的矩陣式加以設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)了與公司發(fā)展相匹配的業(yè)務(wù)流程,并將核心業(yè)務(wù)流程加以規(guī)范化;對(duì)于定編定崗,針對(duì)X物業(yè)公司下屬有代表性的楓林綠洲房產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行具體的崗位編制及定員情況設(shè)計(jì),最后得到與公司發(fā)展相匹配的崗位說(shuō)明書(shū)與定員情況。結(jié)尾部分主要是對(duì)以上設(shè)計(jì)方案或是意見(jiàn)提出的保障措施。 本文結(jié)合了X公司物業(yè)管理崗位的特點(diǎn)和現(xiàn)實(shí)情況,通過(guò)多種方法,如樣本實(shí)測(cè)法,對(duì)該行業(yè)崗位編制進(jìn)行分析?偟膩(lái)講,這也對(duì)物業(yè)管理行業(yè)有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Fixing the post is the foundation of the human resource planning, and the reasonable post compilation has a considerable influence on the company's management effect and even the strategic goal. This paper, aiming at the existing organizational structure, the business process and the post setting of the X property company, has not adapted to the public. In order to realize the strategic goal of the company, it is important for the human resources management of the company and the realization of the strategic goal to make a study of the X company's human resources customized and fixed post personnel.
This article first points out the background of the development of the property management, and puts forward the research on the direction of the human resource management fixing and editing. Secondly, through the field survey, the personnel interview, the questionnaire investigation and other methods, the present situation of the X property company is analyzed and studied, and the results indicate that the organization structure is a linear functional organization. The model has not adapted to the development of the company. In the business process, the non standard process system is difficult to meet the needs of the internal system of the company. Because of the lack of scientific tools and methods, there are serious problems in the lack of scientific tools and methods. Then, in view of the problems above, the X property company tries to find out the solution. Case: design the organizational structure according to the matrix suitable for the development of the company, design the business process that matches the company's development, standardize the core business process, and make the final design for the representative Maple oasis property project of the X property company. The job descriptions and staffing conditions that match the company's development are obtained. The ending part is mainly the safeguard measures for the above design proposals or opinions.
This paper, based on the characteristics and reality of the property management posts of X company, analyzes the post compilation of the industry through a variety of methods, such as sample measurement, which is also useful for the property management industry.
