【摘要】:隨著生產(chǎn)力的飛速發(fā)展,企業(yè)面臨越來越激烈的競爭,為了提高競爭力,通常會要求供應(yīng)商每次供貨數(shù)量比較少,但是供貨頻率要求較高,且要具備較高的服務(wù)水平,在這種情況下,第三方物流企業(yè)發(fā)揮了較大的作用,使得物流成本得以減少,從另一個角度來看,相當(dāng)于增加了企業(yè)的利潤。配裝在物流配送活動中扮演了重要角色,它已成為學(xué)術(shù)界研究的熱點問題之一本文針對第三方物流實施供應(yīng)商管理庫存的運作模式,研究了如何在滿足客戶對貨物送達時間要求的前提下,使得車輛綜合利用率最優(yōu)的問題。本文主要是從如下方面展開研究的:首先,在本課題的研究中,主要梳理了貨物配裝環(huán)節(jié)的相關(guān)理論知識,以客戶對貨物的時間要求限制為約束條件,從時間積載率、容積積載率和重量積載率三方面的目標(biāo)著手,對研究對象做了較深入的研究。其次,對于解決帶時間窗限制的多車多品種貨物配裝問題,本文采用了遺傳算法對其求解,編碼過程中加入三個因素:放置順序,放置方向和放置層數(shù),采用Matlab軟件中的GATBX遺傳算法工具箱設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)了算法的程序,然后將案例數(shù)據(jù)代入模型進行了驗證。最后,通過Flexsim軟件對具體問題的現(xiàn)狀和應(yīng)用優(yōu)化模型以后的結(jié)果進行仿真,通過3d Max軟件對貨物配裝的效果進行了直觀地展示,找到了現(xiàn)狀存在的問題,并將應(yīng)用優(yōu)化模型后的結(jié)果與現(xiàn)狀進行了比較分析,證明了模型的有效性和可用性。本文通過建立多車多品種貨物配裝的數(shù)學(xué)模型,對富士康科技集團(煙臺園區(qū))PS4產(chǎn)品裝配生產(chǎn)車間倉庫的物流配裝活動進行改善,另一方面,在配裝方面的研究也為第三方物流企業(yè)提供了一定的參考,對第三方物流企業(yè)成本的節(jié)約和服務(wù)質(zhì)量的提升都有積極的意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of productivity, enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition. In order to improve their competitiveness, suppliers are usually required to supply less quantity each time, but the frequency of supply is higher and the level of service should be higher. In this case, the third-party logistics enterprises play a greater role, so that logistics costs can be reduced, from another point of view, equivalent to increase the profits of enterprises. Matching plays an important role in logistics distribution activities. It has become one of the hot issues in academic research. This paper implements the operation mode of supplier management inventory for third party logistics. In this paper, the problem of how to optimize the comprehensive utilization ratio of vehicle is studied on the premise of meeting the customer's requirement of goods delivery time. This paper is mainly from the following aspects: first of all, in the research of this topic, it mainly combs the relevant theoretical knowledge of the cargo loading link, taking the time requirement of the customer as the constraint condition, from the time stowage rate, The research object of volume stowage ratio and weight stowage ratio is studied deeply. Secondly, genetic algorithm is used to solve the multi-vehicle and multi-variety cargo loading problem with time windows. Three factors are added in the coding process: placement order, placement direction and number of layers. The program of the algorithm is designed and implemented by using the GATBX genetic algorithm toolbox in Matlab software, and then the case data is substituted into the model to verify the algorithm. Finally, the current situation of the specific problems and the results after the application of the optimization model are simulated by Flexsim software, and the effect of cargo loading is displayed intuitively by 3D Max software, and the existing problems are found. The results of the optimization model are compared with the current situation, and the validity and availability of the model are proved. In this paper, by establishing a mathematical model of multi-vehicle and multi-variety cargo matching, the logistics matching activities of Foxconn Science and Technology Group (Yantai Park) (Yantai Park) are improved in the warehouse of PS4 product assembly workshop. On the other hand, The research on fitting also provides a certain reference for the third party logistics enterprises, and has positive significance for the third party logistics enterprises to save the cost and improve the service quality.
