【摘要】：雙鴨山市以煤立市,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展長(zhǎng)期走的是資源開發(fā)為主的道路,比例結(jié)構(gòu)失調(diào)的產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行,隱藏著大量低利用效率的經(jīng)濟(jì)資源,長(zhǎng)期處于低經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和低水平狀態(tài)。為調(diào)整和優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,雙鴨山市政府積極搶抓對(duì)俄開發(fā)開放上升為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略以及俄羅斯加快遠(yuǎn)東大開發(fā)和中俄全面提升戰(zhàn)略協(xié)作伙伴關(guān)系的歷史性機(jī)遇,加快建立和完善對(duì)俄經(jīng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)體系,打通對(duì)俄貿(mào)易大通道。作為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的先行官,現(xiàn)代物流特別是對(duì)俄物流優(yōu)先發(fā)展迎來(lái)了歷史性機(jī)遇。 本文重點(diǎn)介紹了雙鴨山市對(duì)俄物流發(fā)展的歷史演進(jìn)及現(xiàn)狀,客觀分析了對(duì)俄物流發(fā)展存在的主要問(wèn)題、發(fā)展前景及重要意義,綜合以上分析研究,就雙鴨山市物流園區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃進(jìn)行研究分析。 本研究旨在以雙鴨山市區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型為契機(jī),為探索加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)特別是對(duì)俄物流作出客觀分析,提出意見建議,完善物流系統(tǒng)功能,為雙鴨山市提高經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行質(zhì)量與效益貢獻(xiàn)微薄之力。
[Abstract]:In order to adjust and optimize the industrial structure and realize the sustainable development of regional economy , the government of Shuangyashan City has actively seized the historic opportunity for the development of Russia ' s economic and trade market and promoted the development of regional economy .

This paper mainly introduces the historical evolution and the present situation of Shuangyashan city to Russia ' s logistics development , objectively analyzes the main problems , prospects and significance of the development of the Russian logistics , and studies the development planning of Shuangyashan City Logistics Park .

The purpose of this research is to make an objective analysis of the development of modern logistics industry , especially to the Russian logistics , to make an objective analysis on the development of modern logistics industry , especially to the Russian logistics , to put forward the suggestion of opinion , to perfect the function of the logistics system , to improve the economic operation quality and benefit contribution to Shuangyashan City .
