電網(wǎng)建設(shè)工程施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,社會(huì)對(duì)電力的需求日益增加,電力行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展離不開(kāi)電網(wǎng)建設(shè),大規(guī)模的高質(zhì)量的電網(wǎng)是電力行業(yè)高速發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),當(dāng)前,我國(guó)的電網(wǎng)建設(shè)高速發(fā)展,但是電網(wǎng)建設(shè)工程施工管理水平卻并不高。電網(wǎng)建設(shè)工程在施工過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)各種各樣的問(wèn)題,歸根到底是由于施工管理體系的不健全和施工管理水平落后造成的。因此,本文對(duì)電網(wǎng)建設(shè)工程施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,以期對(duì)我國(guó)電力工程建設(shè)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理起到一定的引導(dǎo)作用。 文章首先介紹了電網(wǎng)工程施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理相關(guān)理論。闡述了項(xiàng)目管理的含義及特征以及電網(wǎng)工程施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理的含義、特點(diǎn)及管理的基本方法。并分析了電網(wǎng)工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理存在的問(wèn)題,初步提出解決問(wèn)題的思路。 其次,因?yàn)楝F(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理是綜合管理,所以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理應(yīng)該有計(jì)劃成系統(tǒng)的進(jìn)行。文中構(gòu)建了施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)目標(biāo)體系,并依據(jù)該體系建立了一套施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理體系。而這個(gè)中的各項(xiàng)管理內(nèi)容是相互聯(lián)系相互影響的,論文明確劃分不同層次的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理內(nèi)容,提出項(xiàng)目施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理中項(xiàng)目的安全與質(zhì)量管理、項(xiàng)目成本與進(jìn)度管理是重要的管理目標(biāo)。 最后建立了施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理效果評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并對(duì)陳官屯電網(wǎng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理及管理效果做了實(shí)證分析。以系統(tǒng)管理的思想,在陳官屯項(xiàng)目的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工管理中,,利用施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的JIT管理方法,制定了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理流程及一系列施工管理具體實(shí)施細(xì)則。并對(duì)陳官屯項(xiàng)目的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理內(nèi)容,制定了具體的實(shí)施方案,使現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工管理工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、具體化。最后利用模糊層次分析法對(duì)其施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理效果做出綜合評(píng)價(jià)。評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果表明陳官屯項(xiàng)目的施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理效果良好。期待本文提出的施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理的目標(biāo)體系和管理體系以及管理方法能對(duì)電網(wǎng)工程施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理提供有價(jià)值的參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the social demand for electric power is increasing day by day. The rapid development of electric power industry can not be separated from the construction of power grid. Large scale and high quality power grid is the foundation of the rapid development of power industry. At present, the construction of power grid in our country is developing at a high speed. However, the construction management level of power grid construction project is not high. There are various problems in the construction process of the power grid construction project, which is caused by the unsound construction management system and the backward construction management level in the final analysis. Therefore, this paper studies the construction site management of power grid construction project, in order to play a guiding role in the construction site management of electric power engineering in China. Firstly, the paper introduces the theory of power grid construction site management. This paper expounds the meaning and characteristics of project management, as well as the meaning, characteristics and basic methods of construction site management of power grid engineering. The problems existing in the field management of power grid engineering are analyzed, and the solutions to the problems are put forward. Second, because the field management is integrated management, so the site management should be planned into a system. In this paper, the target system of construction site is constructed, and a set of management system of construction site is established according to this system. The management contents in this project are interrelated and influence each other. The paper clearly divides the field management contents of different levels, and puts forward the safety and quality management of the project in the project construction site management. Project cost and schedule management is an important management goal. Finally, the evaluation index system of construction site management effect is established, and the construction site management and management effect of the construction project of Chen Guantun Power Grid are analyzed empirically. In the field construction management of Chen Guantun project, using the JIT management method of the construction site, the field management flow and a series of concrete implementation rules of construction management are worked out with the idea of system management. To the site management content of Chen Guantun project, the concrete implementation scheme is made to standardize and concretize the site construction management. Finally, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the effect of construction site management. The evaluation results show that the construction site management effect of Chen Guantun Project is good. It is expected that the objective system, management system and management method proposed in this paper can provide a valuable reference for the construction site management of power grid engineering.
