【摘要】:就業(yè)是民生之本,安國(guó)之策,它不僅關(guān)系到整個(gè)國(guó)家的長(zhǎng)治久安,還關(guān)系到每個(gè)家庭的祥和。因此,歷來受到各國(guó)各級(jí)政府、社會(huì)、家庭的高度重視。近年來,隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整和增長(zhǎng)模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)上的大學(xué)生結(jié)構(gòu)性過剩的矛盾逐漸突出,形成大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的問題。在此宏觀背景下,新疆哈薩克族大學(xué)生因受當(dāng)?shù)厣鐣?huì)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、自身能力限制等因素影響,也正處在就業(yè)難的處境中,F(xiàn)有的關(guān)于新疆哈薩克族大學(xué)生就業(yè)的研究大都是從少數(shù)民族整體的宏觀角度來研究少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題的,單獨(dú)針對(duì)哈薩克族大學(xué)生群體的就業(yè)專項(xiàng)研究很少,而本文正是從一般性和特殊性的視角,選取新疆哈薩克族大學(xué)生的就業(yè)問題作為研究對(duì)象,試圖分析探討新疆哈薩克族大學(xué)生的就業(yè)與其他少數(shù)民族就業(yè)的共性和個(gè)性問題。本文共包括六個(gè)部分:第一部分和第二部分,主要論述選題背景、目的及意義、相關(guān)理論、研究方法、本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)與不足之處、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀等。第三部分中,主要說明目前全國(guó)大學(xué)生以及新疆少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀以及哈薩克族大學(xué)生就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,還包括問卷調(diào)查及訪談情況,以及以調(diào)查問卷和訪談為基礎(chǔ)的問卷統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。同時(shí)還包括新疆哈薩克族大學(xué)生和漢族大學(xué)生就業(yè)的共同點(diǎn)和不同點(diǎn)分析。第四部分,結(jié)合筆者的調(diào)查問卷和訪談結(jié)果,從外部因素和自身因素兩個(gè)方面對(duì)制約新疆哈薩克族大學(xué)生就業(yè)的因素進(jìn)行分析。外部因素:政府政策執(zhí)行不到位、企業(yè)對(duì)哈薩克族大學(xué)生的偏見、高校的教育質(zhì)量與專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的不合理、家長(zhǎng)的陳舊觀念。自身因素:漢語水平、專業(yè)水平、綜合素質(zhì)、守舊觀念。第五部分,是結(jié)合制約新疆哈薩克族大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的因素分析所得出的一系列對(duì)策建議。具體是:轉(zhuǎn)變政府職能、改變企業(yè)的偏見、深化高校教育質(zhì)量、通過宣傳改變家庭觀念。學(xué)生本人需轉(zhuǎn)變固有思想、提高自身素質(zhì)、加強(qiáng)專業(yè)素養(yǎng)、提高漢語水平。第六部分,結(jié)語與展望
[Abstract]:Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood and the policy of peace. It relates not only to the long-term stability of the whole country, but also to the peace of every family. As a result, it has always been highly valued by governments, societies and families at all levels. In recent years, with the adjustment of the economic structure and the transformation of the growth model, the contradiction of the structural surplus of college students in the labor market has become increasingly prominent, forming the problem of difficult employment for college students. Under this macro background, Kazakh college students in Xinjiang are in a difficult situation of employment because of the influence of local social, political and economic environment and their own ability constraints. The existing research on employment of Kazakh college students in Xinjiang is mostly from the macro perspective of ethnic minorities, and there are few special studies on the employment of Kazakh college students. From the perspective of generality and particularity, this paper chooses the employment problem of Kazakh college students in Xinjiang as the research object, and tries to analyze the common and individual problems between the employment of Kazakh college students in Xinjiang and the employment of other ethnic minorities. This paper consists of six parts: the first part and the second part, mainly discusses the background, purpose and significance, related theory, research methods, the innovation and shortcomings of this paper, the status quo of domestic and foreign research, and so on. In the third part, it mainly explains the present employment situation of the national college students, Xinjiang minority college students and Kazakh college students, and also includes the questionnaire survey and interviews. And questionnaire statistical analysis based on questionnaire and interview. At the same time, it also analyzes the similarities and differences of employment between Kazak and Han nationality students in Xinjiang. In the fourth part, the author analyzes the factors restricting the employment of Kazakh college students in Xinjiang from two aspects: external factors and self-factors, combined with the author's questionnaire and interview results. External factors: the implementation of government policies is not in place, the prejudice of enterprises against Kazakh students, the unreasonable educational quality and professional structure of colleges and universities, and the stereotype of parents. Self-factors: Chinese level, professional level, comprehensive quality, old-fashioned concept. The fifth part is a series of countermeasures and suggestions based on the analysis of the factors restricting the employment of Kazakh college students in Xinjiang. Specific: change the government function, change the prejudice of the enterprise, deepen the quality of higher education, change the family idea through propaganda. Students themselves need to change their inherent ideas, improve their own quality, strengthen professional literacy, and improve the level of Chinese. Part VI, conclusion and Prospect
