淮南蘇果超市物流配送方案優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著人們生活水平的提高,以大中型連鎖超市為代表的零售業(yè)的一種新型業(yè)務(wù)形態(tài)帶來(lái)了商業(yè)活動(dòng)的第二次革命,并且在全國(guó)迅速而蓬勃地發(fā)展起來(lái),同時(shí)也極大地方便了人們?nèi)粘I?并且隨著連鎖超市競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日益激烈,故其對(duì)多品種、小批量、高頻率的物流配送服務(wù)要求也越來(lái)越高,研究我國(guó)大中型超市物流配送的現(xiàn)狀特點(diǎn),對(duì)于更好地把握零售業(yè)態(tài)的發(fā)展規(guī)律及降低成本提高經(jīng)營(yíng)效益有著重要意義和作用。 本文以連鎖超市物流配送研究為背景,首先介紹了大型連鎖超市物流配送的研究背景和現(xiàn)狀分析,針對(duì)連鎖超市配送現(xiàn)狀展開了對(duì)物流配送體系的研究。在第一章節(jié)里介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外的對(duì)物流配送研究的現(xiàn)狀和進(jìn)展情況,連鎖超市及其物流配送的發(fā)展史,以及對(duì)全文內(nèi)容的一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單概述。其次在第二章介紹了與配送相關(guān)的理論知識(shí)以及一些基本概念闡述,對(duì)連鎖超市的物流配送體系進(jìn)行介紹,對(duì)物流配送的一般作業(yè)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行相關(guān)闡述以及對(duì)現(xiàn)有的四種物流配送模式的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)及適用范圍進(jìn)行分析。第三章運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)分析的方法對(duì)淮南蘇果超市配送方案進(jìn)行分析研究,對(duì)這一物流配送體系下的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行比較和分析并對(duì)國(guó)外一些先進(jìn)技術(shù)和管理理念中吸取寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。第四章則是針對(duì)淮南蘇果超市上述的不足之處提出自己的建議和意見,包括一些先進(jìn)智能的配送技術(shù)和方案優(yōu)化,全面提高物流配送的效率和水平。 本文就淮南蘇果超市的物流配送現(xiàn)狀和現(xiàn)有的物流配送模式和其現(xiàn)有配送方案進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)研究和分析,意在指出在該體系下的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)并針對(duì)淮南蘇果超市的具體配送問(wèn)題提出相關(guān)的建議和意見。同時(shí)也為市場(chǎng)上同類連鎖超市物流配送的優(yōu)化提供一些參考意見和指引方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standards, a new business form of retail, represented by large and medium-sized supermarket chains, has brought the second revolution of commercial activities, and has developed rapidly and vigorously in the whole country. At the same time, it greatly facilitates people's daily life, and with the increasingly fierce competition of supermarket chains, the demand for multi-variety, small-batch, high-frequency logistics distribution services is also becoming higher and higher. It is of great significance and function to study the present characteristics of logistics distribution of large and medium-sized supermarkets in China, which is of great significance to better grasp the development law of retail business and to reduce the cost and improve the operating efficiency. Based on the research background of chain supermarket logistics distribution, this paper firstly introduces the research background and present situation of large-scale chain supermarket logistics distribution, and carries out the research on logistics distribution system in view of the chain supermarket distribution situation. In the first chapter, it introduces the current situation and progress of logistics distribution research at home and abroad, the development history of chain supermarkets and their logistics distribution, and a brief overview of the full text. Secondly, in the second chapter, it introduces the theoretical knowledge related to distribution and some basic concepts, and introduces the logistics distribution system of chain supermarkets. This paper expounds the general operation of logistics distribution and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the four kinds of logistics distribution modes and their applicable scope. The third chapter uses the method of systematic analysis to analyze and study the distribution scheme of Huainan Suguo supermarket, compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of this logistics distribution system, and draw valuable experience from some advanced technologies and management concepts of foreign countries. The fourth chapter is aimed at Huainan Suguo supermarket mentioned above put forward their own suggestions and suggestions, including some advanced intelligent distribution technology and program optimization, improve the efficiency and level of logistics distribution. This paper focuses on the research and analysis of the present situation of the logistics distribution of Huainan Suguo supermarket, the existing logistics distribution mode and its existing distribution scheme. It is intended to point out the advantages and disadvantages of this system and put forward some suggestions and suggestions on the specific distribution of Huainan Suguo supermarket. At the same time, it also provides some reference and guidance for the optimization of logistics distribution of similar chain supermarkets in the market.
