【摘要】：針對新能源產業(yè)上市公司經營效率問題,文章選取新能源產業(yè)的6個二級產業(yè),14個三級行業(yè)的190家相關上市公司作為考察對象,在充分考慮風險因素的基礎上,運用突變級數(shù)法和超效率數(shù)據包絡法,對樣本上市公司的經營效率水平進行實證研究,并通過相對效率判定法對新能源上市公司經營效率情況進行判定。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):加入風險因素和未加入風險因素得到的新能源產業(yè)經營效率值差別很大,而且新能源產業(yè)上市公司的經營效率及其經營水平不均衡,均未達到最大規(guī)模產出,新能源上市公司的經營效率和規(guī)模收益有待于進一步提高。文章?lián)颂岢隽颂岣呓洜I效率和降低經營風險等產業(yè)發(fā)展建議。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of operating efficiency of listed companies in new energy industry, this paper selects 6 secondary industries of new energy industry and 190 related listed companies of 14 tertiary industries as the object of investigation, on the basis of taking full account of risk factors. By using the catastrophe series method and the super-efficiency data envelopment method, this paper makes an empirical study on the operating efficiency level of the sample listed companies, and judges the operating efficiency of the new energy listed companies by the relative efficiency judgment method. It is found that the operating efficiency of new energy industry is very different from that of non-risk factors, and the operating efficiency and management level of listed companies in new energy industry are not balanced, all of them do not reach the maximum output. The operating efficiency and scale income of new energy listed companies need to be further improved. Based on this, the paper puts forward some suggestions for industrial development, such as improving management efficiency and reducing management risk.
