【摘要】：從規(guī)模和結(jié)構(gòu)兩個(gè)角度對(duì)重慶市城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)用地變化進(jìn)行分析,并利用廣義灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法與回歸分析法對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)用地變化與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)果表明:重慶市人均地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、固定資產(chǎn)投資與城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)用地規(guī)模均具有較強(qiáng)的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)用地結(jié)構(gòu)變化具有一定的關(guān)聯(lián)性,但是關(guān)系并不是十分明顯。人均地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值每增加1元,城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)用地增加0.0537平方公里;非農(nóng)產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值占比每增加1個(gè)百分點(diǎn),城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)用地增加64.2499平方公里,城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)用地結(jié)構(gòu)信息熵值減少0.0173。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the change of urban construction land in Chongqing from the angles of scale and structure, and studies the relationship between the change of urban construction land and economic development by using generalized grey relational analysis and regression analysis. The results show that the per capita regional GDP, industrial structure, fixed asset investment and the scale of urban construction land have strong correlation, and the economic development has a certain correlation with the change of urban construction land structure. But the relationship is not very obvious. For each increase of per capita GDP of 1 yuan, urban construction land increased by 0.0537 square kilometers, non-agricultural industry added value increased by 1 percentage point, urban construction land increased by 64.2499 square kilometers, and the information entropy value of urban construction land structure decreased by 0.0173.
