基于交叉效率DEA和熵IAHP對物流企業(yè)績效評價

【摘要】:本文在研究了現(xiàn)有文獻對物流企業(yè)績效評價的基礎(chǔ)上,基于超效率DEA用以計算效率值的權(quán)值只在對被評價單元最有利的特定范圍內(nèi)取值、忽視績效評價的公平性和IAHP方法主觀判斷性較大的缺陷,提出了交叉效率DEA和熵IAHP方法。交叉效率DEA的中心思想是采用互評體系,彌補了超效率DEA方法只是選擇對被評價決策單元最有效的權(quán)重忽視公平性的缺陷。熵IAHP方法是客觀確定權(quán)重的熵權(quán)法和體現(xiàn)決策者偏好的IAHP方法的結(jié)合,這有效地解決了IAHP方法確定指標權(quán)重時主觀性過大的缺陷。筆者給出了交叉效率DEA和熵IAHP模型評價物流企業(yè)績效的基本步驟,最后通過一個實例驗證了此方法的有效性和優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:Based on the study of the performance evaluation of logistics enterprises in the existing literature, the weights used to calculate efficiency values based on super-efficiency DEA are only selected in the specific range that is most favorable to the unit under evaluation. Ignoring the fairness of performance evaluation and the large subjective judgment of IAHP method, the cross-efficiency DEA and entropy IAHP methods are proposed. The central idea of cross-efficiency DEA is to adopt a mutual evaluation system, which makes up for the defect that the super-efficient DEA method only selects the most effective weight to be evaluated and ignores the fairness of the decision making unit. Entropy IAHP method is a combination of entropy weight method and IAHP method, which reflects the preference of decision makers, which effectively solves the disadvantage of too much subjectivity in determining index weight by IAHP method. The author gives the basic steps to evaluate the performance of logistics enterprises by cross-efficiency DEA and entropy IAHP model. Finally, an example is given to verify the effectiveness and superiority of this method.
